Got in here with wife around 11:30 and I'm not kidding ... the music was so loud we could barely hear each other speak as we stood next to each other. We got seated by our waitress, Amethyst, and I ask if they would turn the music down a few notches. She said no! She couldn't. I thought she was kidding but she wasn't. She said that Management was coming in anytime today and they are very specific about the decibel levels for sound that must be open to close. I told her that we were here last week and it wasn't nearly this loud. She attempted to assure me that it was (it wasn't). I told her I wanted to speak to management if they are here before we leave. I got mixed feelings from her about whether or not she would pass the word. This has been crazy and I know that I was not being unreasonable. My wife has fibromyalgia and loud noises are very hard on her but she somehow tolerated it. I have to add that Amethyst lacks a cheerful attitude. Maybe it's a bad day for her starting from my request to turn down the music (her attitude was , shall we say snotty) to bringing out the orders and she kind of came off annoyed that I had to ask for a separate plate to place our bones in. Another Very Enjoyable Hooters Visit!! As always, we were warmly greeted as soon as we entered! Makayla, our server - again, was very Enthusiastic and very Friendly - and really Cute too! She was very delightful and just a true joy, each and every time, during her many visits to our table! She was very courteous and polite, very attentive and very professional! Stopped in for a "quick" lunch since we were in the area. I have eaten at Hooters in other cities and knew the food was mostly mediocre but wanted a cold beer so was fine with that. The two of us were seated quickly by our waitress. Ordered a beer and Dr. pepper. First round of drinks came quick. After that...nothing but downhill. We ordered cheese sticks and before our waitress got to the kitchen, she had to come back and ask us again what we ordered...so we again said cheese sticks. After about 25-30 mins, those arrived. During this time, NO ONE approached our table to check on us. My beer was dry by now and my daughter's soda was 3/4ths gone and the rest watered down. Finally cheese sticks arrived and we asked for refills. My daughter never got hers after also asking for one when our food came. My beer took 15 mins and was delivered by the bartender... Our food was a burger and waffle fries and chicken strips/wings combo. Burger was the only edible food. The waffle fries were so salty, as well as the wings...that they burned your mouth. The chicken strips were not fully cooked, I realized this after eating one...the second one tasted strange so I pulled it and the 3rd one apart and it was still pink/iridescent. We saw our server twice in about an hour and a half. When she brought my ticket, I told her the chicken was undercooked and she simply said, "I'm sorry." We were there on an off peak time like around 3 and the food all tasted like it sat around for an hour.there was latterly 3 or 4 people in the whole ace and the food all sucked and was again cold. This is one of the WORSE experiences that I have had. We came expecting to have a great experience. We were excited to have the wings. First, we were warned no carbonation. then there was hair in the food, we were then asked to show the hair to the manager AFTER the waitress looked at it and went to get the manager. I went to the restroom and there were "Hooter girls" (this is what another manager called them) standing around while another girl changed her tights. My first time... The food wasn't bad at all. Our waitress was surly. None of the staff smiled. They all looked miserable. Is it the fact that they're waiting tables in one-piece swimsuits in the winter? Overall not a great experience. The food was the only positive. So I can honestly say that I only go for the food...not the girls. Unlikely to return. At least to this location. RE: owner response... I see several poor reviews for this location, mostly regarding the staff attitude/ignoring patrons. I was a waitress for many years, and management style and behavior sets the tone for the entire staff. My suggestion is to hire some new managers and do something to improve staff morale. These ladies would make a lot more money smiling and being friendly, but my guess is they aren't happy with their employment! I've never been to a Hooters before in my life but when you're flight comes in later than expected and most places to grab food are closed, and the place is literally walking distance from your hotel...it's a perfect time to try something new. Definitely looks like a fairly new location and while no one came to greet us when we walked in, we decided to grab a seat at the bar. A most wise decision. The waitress was a sweetheart and made sure we were good and comfy with our waters while we waited on our food. I decided to get a chicken garden salad with grilled chicken andddd ummmmm this salad was delicious!!! The spring mix of greens were fresh, the chicken was seasoned perfectly, the ranch dressing was heavenly, anddd there was cheese and croutons and tomatoes and cucumbers and my goodness. Like who goes to hooters and gets a salad???? This girl! Oh and I randomly got a side of Mac and cheese andddd whyyy was it sooo gooey and cheesy ands good too??? Sigh. Hooter's makes you Happy!!! that's the slogan....and well this one did. First impression it's nice and "clean", a newer look that's very modern. The wings were quite good had the smoked wings w/ sauces Caribbean Jerk, Honey Chipotle and General Taos.... very flavorful. the wings were not anorexic they were very healthy meaty. When this location first opened I was excited that I wouldn't have to drive all the way to NLR to hangout and eat their wings & shrimp. But the service really hasn't been that great (before & now during Covid). Food is typically over cooked, small & then cold by the time it hits the table. I'll continue to eat here, bc of their sauces and it's still better than BWW but hopefully they take this review and better train their servers & cooks, for future customers. read more

This location opens at 11am everyday! Big spacious bar, plenty of tables & over 40 televisions! The patio is covered with seating, ceiling fans & TVs. The sides of the patio lift up to open the space or become a climate controlled enclosure. The managers are very accommodating & the Hooters Girls are kind & hospitable. Wait times are not very long & the food is great. Definitely give this spot a try! read more

I might have to rethink Hooters after visiting this location. My first experience was in Indiana and I wasn't happy but Miriam was amazing and very attentive at the Little Rock location. I ordered the new smoked wings in Caribbean Jerk. It was amazing. I couldn't stop eating them. I was mad when one of the jumped out of my hands and mouth to the floor. Lol. What can you say about Hooters? Best place to catch a college football game while enjoying some of the best chips and queso and wings in the state. They have a tremendous selection of wings which are out of this world. We had 15 of the smoked wings with half done in the medium buffalo sauce and the other half in the Garlic Parmesan sauce. Both were exceptional. I also had a very large Mango flavored beer and then tried the Sweet Heat Margarita which was delicious. The staff was exceptional and did a great job with the amount of people that were in the restaurant. My friends and I (small group of four) went to Hooters at 11 PM last night, an hour before they closed, after finishing up a dress rehearsal for a show we're all in. Admittedly, we would've liked to go elsewhere but Hooters and Twin Peaks were the only 2 restaurants open at that time that had drinks. Upon sitting down and putting in a drink and food order, the manager came over and told us that last call Had already been called and the kitchen was closing down so they could not serve us food or drinks. An hour before they closed. Because we were all frustrated and exhausted, we decided to just go to Twin Peaks instead. I wish I had made that decision in the first place! The food was worlds better and the service was absolutely incredible the unfortunate thing for Hooters is that we tip exceptionally well above 20% and they missed out on that.
