Could not have had a worse experience. Sat down and ordered wings as apps for my family. After waiting 15 minutes for the water to arrive we placed our entree order. 49 min in and a single hamburger arrives. The four of us shared it and asked about the wings and the rest of our meals, manager did not care , server was arguing that she "put in the order" and finally brings it out ICE COLD. Havent been to a Hooters in many years b/c of my last experience being less than memorable. But decided to go again today. Ordered a burger which was nothing to write home about. Ordered onion rings but got fries w/ it and then was charged for onion rings. My plate that my food came on was dirty with food stains. Apparently someone in the kitchen had quit that day and so that was the reason it took our food 30 min to come out. Any way I wont be going back to another Hooters. It was not worth it . read more

This location in relatively new. They did a nice job setting up the bar area and the decor. The girls were all nice enough but seemed to play around with each other a lot. I expected the location to be busier. It was pretty empty for a Sunday lunch. Maybe church folks don't appreciate Hooters. The waitress was OK. She was really friendly but the wait time on the food was pretty long. The food was hot and fresh and tasted good. I still have 4 stars because of the food and atmosphere. read more

Haven't ever been a hooters wing fan, but we've been here twice and I was more than impressed both times.

Not once, but twice have I been for lunch where it took over an hour. I was with a group of 8 both times, but still, both times it was not busy and the staff seems clueless. What I mean by that is there were times waitresses were bringing food, however, it belonged to a different table. When we finally received our food, orders were messed up. I thought the first time was a fluke since it was a new restaurant and kinks needed worked out, but over 3 months later and they still don't have their $h!t together. Terrible. read more

This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a hooters in my life. It took 7ish minutes for someone to come by, took about 15 min from when we ordered our appetizer (steamed shrimp) to come out, the entrees took over 30 min to come AFTER the shrimp came, and one order wasn't ever put in. We got our first refill of drinks after everyone was done eating... As a former waiter and current business owner of multiple locations serving customers, I'll 100% NEVER come back here. Stopped in now several times and have found the service at the bar depends where you sit. If you sit at the bar on the side closest to the door service is very slow. If you sit on the opposite side you get good service. So far I am 50/50 on if I like the place. read more

This was me and my husbands first visit to this hooters and we will definitely be back. Our waitress Taylor was really sweet and attentive. My husband and I have always loved Hooters; however, tonight we had an awful experience. We decided to go for dinner with a group of 12 friends- we spoke very highly of Hooters and everyone was excited to go. We never got appetizers.. approximately an hour after ordering, our table's food came out in spurts. My husband and I and one other friend waited another 15-20 minutes for our food and were then told by our waitress that management had stated that they had personally delivered our food to us- which was false. Others at the table stated their food was cold. Drinks were never refilled and we had to ask multiple times. Very disappointing. read more

Here's my tip, go across the street to Salt Grass. I called in a order after a long day, go to the bar to pick it up and was ignored for at least 10 minutes. When the bartender finally came over, I said I had placed an order over the phone. She stated she has no idea and would ask her manager, after another 5 minutes she came with the bill so I could pay. I was going to order a drink, but I never was spoken to again so no chance of that. I set my card down and she came back 10 minutes later to swipe it, and returned it to the wet bar top. I have yet to receive my food, but here's hoping it's right. I don't recommend it, even if it's been a long day. read more

Drinks are fantastic. I went tonight to get vegan wings. I was told last time I was here (I didn't order them that time) that the vegan wings were fried cauliflower. I talked about hooters for the next three weeks to come back for them. We order Cauliflower wings this time. After I ordered she said they only come in a plate of 6, of course that's okay. When they came out, they were definitely not cauliflower, they were like the soy nuggets. And there were only 5. We told her we didn't want them. Really disappointed. I was also kinda turned off that she never really apologized about the mix up. But, she was friendly and was sure to check in with us still. What I was REALLY turned off about is the fact that last time we went we got a fruit cup for our kid and it was delicious fresh strawberries and blueberries and such. This time, it was a fruit cocktail cup you buy from the store filled with preservatives and sugar. I sort of don't even know where to start with this one... this restaurant is located next to the Super chargers at the outlet mall. Convenient, right? I thought so too but after the poor service hEre we won't be back, We arrived around 7pm on a Tuesday evening. There was no one at the hostess stand. We waited for at least 5 minutes, several waitresses walking around and talking to each other. No one came so I thought oh ok we are supposed to seat ourselves. So we sat down.... NO ONE ever came to our table... we were there for 30 minutes..... We were only there for a short time and were only planning on having a drink so after I realized no one was going to take our order I just figured I would sit and observe...another couple came in after us and were actually seated at a table by a waitress then they had to get up and flag down a waitress because no one took their order.., not even their drink order. They received no apology, just a "ok I'll get your waitress". The best part was that when we left one of the waitresses thanked us for coming.. I responded you are welcome but no one served us.. if this were my business I would be ashamed. read more

This experience was horrible. This was our first visit to a hooters and we were really looking forward to this. The greeters couldn't figure out where to seat us and it wasn't busy. It took 1 and a half hours to get our. Then they left off one of our dinners. So two hours waiting on food. The server never came back to talk to us and tell us what was going on. First, wasn't greeted. Lady came to hostess desk and answered phone and then turned her back to continue talking. A waitress came up to seat us. We were seated but no one came over. We didn't even get to place a drink order. Other guests came in after us, and they were receiving their drink orders. After a some more time passed, we finally got up and left without even a hello from a waitress letting us know that she will be with us in a moment. We normally come in on Wednesday or Thursday and even on the busiest nights Jaymi provides amazing service. I would like to tell you about the service I received at the Little Rock Hooters this evening. My wife, I and our two year old arrived about 7:00pm this evening. The restaurant was starting to get busy, but we were seated immediately in a booth, at our request. Our waitress came over immediately and got our drink order and we ordered an appetizer of fried pickles. We weren't ready to place our meal order yet, but she came back within 5 minutes and we placed our meal order. - Order of 10 original wings (Parmesan garlic and General Tso sauces) - Order of 10 original wings (Medium and Teriyaki sauces) - Side order of Big Dipper fries with cheese - Twisted Texas melt burger with fries - Kids burger sliders with fruit cup side Nothing crazy or complicated. This was about 7:15pm. This is where the evening started going down hill. While waiting for our food, the waitress did a good job keeping our drinks filled, but after about 30 minutes or so, we were starting to wonder where our food was. It was about this time a manager, I didn't get her name, so we'll call her Manager 1, came over and told us that the waitress had accidentally pocketed our ticket instead of turning it in. She said the order was in now and was getting pushed to the front to expedite it. Okay, crappy, but okay. We eat out at restaurants all the time, this stuff happens. It's crappy, but it happens. Fine, our food will be out shortly, right? This is about 7:45pm. Time goes by, other people's food keeps coming out and being delivered....okay, there's was probably already being made. About 8:00pm, they bring out the kids meal and tell us the rest of the food is on its way. We appreciate this, so at least our son can eat. The waitress apologized again for the mistake. We wait some more. About 8:10pm, our waitress comes over to check on us and we ask her to just put the rest of our food in boxes to go. We're pretty much done at this point. We're ready to just leave. After this, we wait longer. At 8:23pm, yes I started paying attention to exact times at this point, Manager 1 brings us some food in to-go boxes and says we're waiting on a order of fries. She says they will come the meal for us because of the delay and went away. If it ended here, fine. A crappy experience, but I can live with that for a comped meal. After she left, we looked in the boxes and noticed we weren't just missing fries. The following was in the boxes: - Order of 10 original wings (Medium and Teriyaki sauces) - Another kids meal of burger sliders - .....that's it. We were going to tell her when she came with the fries the whole order wasn't there. Should only be a couple minutes, right, it's just fries.... At 8:30pm, the waitress comes by again to say again how sorry she is for the mixup. We tell her the whole order isn't there. She looks flustered and went to find her manager to let her know. We saw The waitress looking for the manager for a while, but then we didn't see her anymore either. At 8:45pm, another manager brings out an order of fries in a to-go box, no cheese, I might add. At this point, we were done. We thanked Manager 2 for wasting our evening, and left. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, with only half of our order now cold, in to-go boxes. And that was our first, and maybe last, experience with the Little Rock Hooters. read more

We came during the training period right before they officially opened. Beth Anne was our server, and she was great. She was helpful, checked on us and refilled drinks often, and even brought a few other servers over to sing a song for our kids. We'll definitely be asking for her when we go back. The food took a while to come out, but that's understandable during a training period. Our orders all came out correctly, and the food was hot and very good. First they have a wait policy with empty seating in the restaurant bc they had a large group come in. We had to sit on the bench to wait until I said "hey you have empty seats available so why can't we sit and look over the menu while we're waiting bc I've never been here before so it would make sense that I have that time to look over the menu." Both the manager and the young woman said "we can't do that bc it's our policy." I informed them that they want be in business long bc that policy want work for a customer that could be sitting and looking over the menu and then if you feel like you need to return to their table and explain it could be a few minutes longer to take your order then that might be a better policy. We went back and forth about their policy! My policy is when I visit a restaurant to pay for services I don't want to hear about your policies when it should be common sense to sit a customer when there are several empty tables! Another family saw me and agreed with me about their ridiculous policy. We both agreed they want be in business long bc he was also pissed as was I also. Policy, it's customer first! I want be back. My daughter wanted to try their chicken strips but never again. If management can't figure out you can't put a customer on a bench and wait when the restaurant was not even at half occupancy! I understand if the restaurant was crowded but it was practically empty as the other family commented also. It could have been a good first experience but they don't seem to get it even after they agreed but then said again it's our policy AND we have 3 managers!
