Went to Hooters today 11/29 to grab a bite to eat between some holiday shopping. Zero stars if I could put it that low. Where to start. 1. Service is always an issue with this location. Waitresses spend too much time huddled up in the back by the managers offices instead of checking on their tables 2. Food typically comes out like warm due to the above. 3. New Menu is terrible, everything is an additional charge, good items were removed 4. Food quality has went way downhill. Wing size, burger quality and simply the fries are even different. 5. Wing sauce has been changed recently and it may be the worst decision ever. Food could be terrible at hooters but that wing sauce was second to none. Now it's an oil/vinegar based sauce that has no flavor and just ruins the wings. Came home and was sick within an hour of eating one wing. They need new management and new servers. Managers don't take complaints seriously. One older female manager was rude and the other male manager(owner) was dismissive and didn't offer to give me any kind of compensation for my bad time at hooters last week so I will not be coming back. They need to get new management and new servers. I've been coming to hooters for 15+ years for their food and not only has the food quality gone down A LOT, the servers I've had kind of suck and give bad or mediocre service at best. This place is too expensive to give me bad food and service. I didn't get my beer or water until my food came out and the waitress didn't check on me once until she realized I was pissed off I waited 20 minutes on a beer that was sitting out (it wasn't cold when she brought it to my table.) I'm a server as well and that is unacceptable. I talked to managers about it and they didn't make me feel any better about my bad experience which is why I'm writing this review. I haven't been to hooters in over a year due to bad food and service (food was good this time) but I'm not coming back. My brother-in-law loves Hooters wings (as do I) and his hometown doesn't have a franchise so when he recently visited we had to go. Wanted to go to a different location but he wanted to go to one that had his size in t-shirts so in we went! We were seated, ordered and served quickly. They have a host of new (to me) wing sauces but we stayed with what we knew (I think Buffalo hot). They were as tasty and crisp as I recall. No complaints. hi! so let's get straight to the point. we had a 30 minute wait just for drinks and to be able to order our food. then another long wait just to get our food it's ridiculous. do not waste your time coming here! hooters is awful and underrated for a reason and this location adds onto it. When we initially came in we had to find our own table and ask if it was okay for us to sit there... where is the host ?! what kind of restaurant especially one like hooters has people sit themselves to there own tables. the servers we had were nice but seemed really inpatient and unfriendly! i've seen friendlier employees at mcdonald's. now the food was mid nothing to much to say about that there's nothing special about it.. now i've never been the person to complain about service since i myself know what it's like to deal with rude and entitled customers etc but nobody was rude during our visit so why wasn't our visit up to par!! everyone just seems to be on their phone and collecting a check for free. this was our first and last time here!!!! read more

We went in at 2:20 and they weren't real busy. There was 5 in our party. We waited 1hr 10min before the waitress finally came over and told us she didn't know what was going on and why it's taking so long. We asked if it would help if we talked to the manager and she said yes. So the manager comes out and gave us several excuses and said she would give us a discount for waiting so long. About 15 minutes later, two of us received part of our order. It took 45 minutes after that before the others in our party received their food and it wasn't all of it. We had to stop 2 other waitresses and ask them about our order before we ever received anything. Our waitress never came back over except 1 time. We never did receive all our food and what we did receive, all of it was cold except our fries. If it hadn't been for the bartender, we wouldn't have ever gotten some of our food or our check. She was the only one that took the initiative to get to the bottom of everything. She brought our check and the manager took $10 off our order after not receiving everything and being there 2hrs total. Manager was not very professional and we really expected more of a discount after waiting so long, our food being cold, and not getting all our food. It's disheartening that, in the middle of an ongoing pandemic, that they allow patrons and staff to be unmasked and there is no room for distancing. Partitions are up in some spaces but all of the customers are seated in the same area without distancing. If you come, just be prepared for that. read more

To start, you must enter through the patio. There will be a barrier up holding you in the entrance while you wait to have your temp taken. Once they identify no one has a temperature, then you will be seated. You will have one of the awesome servers come buy and introduce themselves. They will get your drink orders and write their name on a napkin. Your will look at your menu and realize hooters isn't just boobs and hot wings. They have many many option to choose from on their extensive menu. Additionally, If you like sports, you will love their many tvs showing sports all day! I have popped in here a few nights over the last few weeks as I am staying across the road in the La Quinta. Most of the staff seem fairly friendly, there's one whose name starts with an L and is four letters long that is just absolutely miserable. Seriously if you don't want to bar tend just do something else. I see one of the Hooters values is "Elevate the Spirit. We have a passion for happiness." That is sorely lacking in this one. This location has dropped in every way possible. The customer service is awful. We waited 12 minutes to even have a waitress ask for drink orders. And disappeared for another 22 minutes . When we got our drinks are ordered. She did not ever come back until after food was delivered 39 minutes. No refills on our drinks, not even water bought out to table. Waitress and manager just stared from the back door... finally a girl came and greeted us and took us to our seat. 25 mins later she came and asked would we like something to drink, after asking for a children's menu she came back 10 mins later with a menu. THE food was nasty!!!!!!!!! i had ordered lemon pepper wings and fries and my kids ordered wings and chicken tenders... my chicken wings were black and greasy and didnt even taste nothing but grease ... i didnt even taste any lemon pepper. my son's order was wrong his chicken was just plain fried chicken but was supposed to be lemon pepper wings ... the food didnt look or taste fresh. and the front end was not pleasant at all.. no one was greeting us and the front end didnt even help us to our seats she acted like i was supposed to know where to go.... then at the end it was time to pay and i didnt know where to pay so i started walking towards the entrance thinking the register was there to pay, so the same lady in the front that didnt greet us or help us said she will find my waiters so i can pay. i paid my bill and still no have a nice day or no friendliness of the front end staff.. my server was sweet and i did tip her just because she was sweet and had a big smile every time.... but the food was nasty and i wont be coming back and i dont recommend this location to anyone i know not even to my dogs ... no stars for me but to write this i had to at least press 1 star.. shame shame especially for the location read more

Right inside the entrance to the restaurant are the restrooms that STUNK so badly it was permeating the entire waiting area= wish someone would have attempted to clean or deodorize or something. And worse, waitress acted nonchalant about fact they haven't had draft beer in two months or so.....what kind of restaurant operates this half-assed? 6.29.15 (update) Beware of the takeout!! I got a $9 shrimp spinach salad and on the menu it's suppose to include bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and dice tomatoes. I asked the waitress for ranch instead of balsamic vinaigrette and that must've thrown them off. When I received the salad all that it came with were a few pieces of shrimp and spinach. After digging through the salad, that was all there was. No bacon. No blue cheese crumbles. I'm glad I opened up the box after the quick second peek given by the waitress or else I would've paid $9 for a bare salad. I had to ask the waitress to go back. She later brought two cups each with bacon and blue cheese crumbles and apologized. It was nice of her to apologize but if the salad would've come to me as it was stated on the menu, she wouldn't have had to in the first place. 6.21.15 If you dine ask for Amanda to be your server. She seemed really friendly and checked on us frequently. I don't think our water ever went below halfway and that was nice bc my dad tried one of their hottest wings. Took 32 minutes to get a 12 piece shrimp. 16 minutes for the waitress to even ask for my drink. Then I Had an empty glass for over 10 minutes before asking if I wanted another. Food is delicious (best shrimp in town) , but service is lacking. We normally frequent this location and service seems to be diminishing each time we come. Seats on booths are ripped. No one is sweeping up mess under tables, and the waitress seems annoyed that we aren't leaving more quickly. We were still eating when she asked us if we were ready for the check. Its not busy at all- but our waters needed refills 15 minutes ago. When she brought refills- they were to-go refills. We felt rushed to exit. We watched another waitress sit customers at a table that had not been wiped clean yet, even though there were other tables available. The bartender was eating behind the bar. This place is pathetic! It's been bad since it opened and has gotten progressively worse over the years! Ordered a burger and wings online for pickup and the burger didn't have the toppings I ordered on it and it was cold. The order of tater tots included about 7 crushed tots. The wings were supposed to be hot but came out plain without any sauce at all on them and when my wife took them back in and showed them they just gave her a cup of sauce to take home and sauce them herself! I might have been the only three of four female species in the entire more than 200 packed restaurant with men and their hot-sauce-soiled fingers, wagging tongues and drunk-selves. It was funny to see. I had a good laugh :) The men probably felt really bad for my husband since he was there with me but my twins keep him busy enough - lol he's gonna' die when he reads this. If I could give it ZERO STARS I would! We asked for a table for six people and one high chair. They told us they could not accommodate that but we could sit outside so we did. 8 tables outside with only one table seated ,then our table. She told us we could NOT move the four person tables together so that our family could be together. Even though we have traveled from several states to be together this weekend: Tennessee, Louisiana, and Virginia. The hostess was very pissy in her attitude. Not just verbally but in her attitude. The tables were filthy. We asked for them to please come wipe one for us. They sent a girl she cleaned it. However please refer to the picture. She wiped most of it but left this big spot that is NOT a stain. Then we sat out here for another ten minutes with no service from staff whatsoever. My daughter had to go in there to see what was happening. A waitress did come to the other table but never Asked if we would like anything to eat or drink. It's as if we didn't exist. When my daughter came back out she said now we are "just waiting for a table inside." As we wait I've asked the Waitress twice, as she was waiting on the other table, of course she completely ignored us and went inside. Maybe she is deaf and I don't know that. I'll give her the beneficiary the doubt though that she didn't hear us. She came out another time. Same result. Another girl came named Maureen and she heard me when I said ma'am and gladly took a drink order from us. Finally my husband went inside and he managed to get us a table.
