I have been coming to the Sunrise location at least 30 times a year for 17 years. I was there over a week ago, had a few drinks, placed a to go order, drove 30 min, they didnt give me my 20 buffalo shrimp, partly my fault, but mostly the bartender. I call and tell the restaurant, girl who answers says bring your whole order back to verify, which is just a dumb thing to ask, I tell her Im 30 min away, let me talk to the manager, im on hold for over 10 mins, never picks up. i'M thinking, ok, I'll talk to the manager when i go back the next week, i told him what happened, he says I always pick up the phone, never that long of a wait, bottom line is that he was completely dismissive of someone who is a platinum level customer, if there is such a thing, would not do a make good and I've put in two inquiries with Hooters Corporate, they still have not responded. This has been the #1 Hooters in the World for the past 3 years. In other words, they are the highest-grossing Hooters on the planet. They definitely live up to this title with quality wings, beer specials, and service. But they are also always busy, so expect to wait a bit for a table depending on the size of your party. Went for a quick bite and to watch a game. I didn't have high expectations on food so no disappointment there. My main disappointment was the waitress. We were sat near the area where they place the orders to the kitchen so there was a lot of traffic from the girls and management. Our waitress took our order and once we got our food she completely disappeared. No refills, no how is the food, no nothing. We had to basically grab the manager for some extra sauce and drinks. Ive frequent this Hooters location here and there since I started working in Doral a few months ago. The staff is amazing! The ladies are quite beautiful especially on Friday. Friday does get busy after 4pm. The food is great and cant wait to go back again. read more

Probably the most unmotivated hooter girls I've ever seen. The first time we went there, not one server smiled. Our waitress said it was because of always being out of stuff on Sundays amongst numerous other reasons the girls are in a bad mood. So we came back the next night because we were in the area. I'm a Frequent visitor. I enjoy the atmosphere, the vibe, friendly people and great staff. Never had a problem with the food whatsoever, the cooks do a great job. The staff keeps the place very clean and the restrooms are very clean. With alcohol being served I never have seen any issues with any one disorderly, it's basically a good crowd. With the multiple big flat screens you can pretty much watch any sports game and you can request it and the staff will accommodate. I always sit outside and usually get waited on by Jessica. She is enthusiastic, outgoing and very attentive to all the patron's needs. Her menu recommendations and drinks have been spot on. She is a great asset to the Hooters staff. I really enjoy this place as the staff gets to know you and it feels like a "Cheers Bar" would feel like with the personable touch. read more

There is nothing cheap or good about Hooters anymore,, we ordered boneless wings ,, what came made my jaw drop,, marble size bits of burnt chicken,, I think, we were charged extra for hot sauce,, I thought that was already on them we were charged for extra sauce ,ranch, which if I had known how small portions were would never have ordered! The margarita tasted like a very weak slushie, no strawberries at all,, if there was any tequila in it , it was put in with an eyedropper,, I dont drink often but when I do I like SOME booze in the drink , service was also, girl kept asking me to slow down,, she couldn't understand what I was saying,, I SPEAK ENGLISH,, onion rings so so got 4 if them for 6 dollars,, 8 so called wings for 9.99, won't go back , suggestion to who ever is reading this in the Nashville area TOOTS,,They are awesome read more

I only came because I was right by here. I remembers why I don't come here. The girls who greet you were sitting at a table chatting and ignored me. Only when I walked in did they approach me. The. I waited to be served. When I got tired of waiting I walked in and asked for a server. My food arrived before my appetizer and was brought by kitchen staff not a server so I couldn't ask about it. The coleslaw was decent at least. Tasted fresh and was not bad. I made eye contact with the server eventually which prompted her to ask if everything was ok. I said it was except that I wanted to know about the appetizer. "The appetizer?" Was the response. My fries came as I asked for the check. Fortunately I still had beer left. The chili cheese fries looked unappetizing as all hell. I love jalapeños but I didn't know this had any. I wasn't told and it doesn't say so in the menu. The fries were overly salty and not worth the wait. The bill was the only thing that happened quickly. Even then when my card was returned to me she didn't have the courtesy to hand it to me - she placed it on the other end of my table without saying a word. This is also douchebag central with the sunglasses indoors, excessive jewelry and phone clips. read more

This is the only Hooters worthy of 4 stars and I may be stretching it. Every Hooters i've been to locally does not compare to this one. The service is always pretty good considering the place is always slammed. Food is as good as Hooters food can get. Keep in mind, its Hooters. Thats when I decided to pay for the drinks & leave before the experience got worse. The manager was doing funny business outside with one of the off duty employees. Place was half empty and patrons that arrived after us were getting served. Then the jerk manager came to our table after we complained that it takes 20 minutes minimum to cook wings. If I could give this Hooters location negative stars, I would. They don't even deserve the one star I'm forced to give (because without it, I can't post my review). Everything about our service and food was awful! The waitress offered us items that were not in the menu, the manager threw on food on the table, without so much as a greeting, the wrong drink was brought to me and then I was told, "Since we ran out of the prosecco, I figured you wouldn't mind this other wine." WTF?!? Seriously? Do you even know me? No apologies were offered, no compensation was offered. This location sucks! When I got home I made sure to write their corporate offices. Yeah, about that. Horrible customer service! Arrived with a group of 15ppl today. Gave our name to the person who told us the wait would be 30min. After waiting for about 45 min we asked if our table was ready, and turns out, according to their hostess she had no party of 15waiting. Not only was she smirky, rude and condescending she is a complete Neanderthal and it's no wonder she works at a hooters....she has tits for brains! We used to come to this Hooters 1-2 times a week for years as it was the BEST location down here. The food and service was always spot on. About a year ago we noticed things went a little downhill (wings were always overcooked, waitresses were always getting our order wrong or abandoning us after taking our order) which we decided to take a break from this location and just drove from Homestead to Pembroke Pines (we don't like the other locations here in Dade)when we were in the mood as we are Hooters junkies. After a while we decided to give them a try again and the food was great but after this past visit we are still having an issue with the service. We ask for one thing, we get something else or not even get it at all. We feel like service is the most important part of dining out so its really disappointing. We recomend this location if you are not willing to take the drive up north. Hopefully they will one day get their act together and be the best Hooters in South Florida again. read more
