LOVED IT! My friends and I (party of 24) had an AWESOME dinner tonight!! The food was delicious. The service excellent. The variety of choices of entrees or cuts of meats to choose from was great!! Shout out to servers Stanley, Eller and Gino!! They were EXCELLENT. They took care of our large group with smiles on their faces all night! They were all very pleasant and extremely friendly! They treated us as if we were the only ones there while handling multiple other tables with large groups! I'd like to acknowledge the general manager or manager as well. I didn't get his name (tall handsome) but he was hands on with his staff making sure everything went well for our group and for other guests as well. I came here for happy hour and was pleasantly surprised with it. The happy hour menu is large and my favorite part is that it's available all day. So you don't have to rush out of work to be able to make it. When we arrived, we were seated immediately. Another positive note about the happy hour is that you can have it anywhere in the restaurant, not just in the bar area. To drink, I was going to order the caipirinha on the happy hour menu but the server recommended a coconut one that was not on the happy hour menu. I'm glad I listened to her because it was delicious. To eat, I tried the queijo asado, braised rib sliders and crispy yuca fries. The queijo asado was delicious. It's fried cheese with honey and you can't go wrong with that. The braised rib slides were very tasty. The crispy yuca fries were good and spicy. They fries took a while to come out but it was so fresh we did not mind. The bread they also place on the table was delicious. We kept asking for more. All the staff were nice. Our server at times was a bit forgetful but she was so nice that it did not bother us. For example, we ordered small plates to eat the shareable plates and she forget but we understood she was waiting on other table and she was so nice that it didn't bother us. The ambiance was good. The classic fogo experience, delicious well seasoned and well cooked meats! Loved the servers generally but my actual waitress was inattentive and busy. Hard to get drunk refills sometimes. I'm honestly not sure how this place has such high ratings. When we arrived, it felt unusually empty, I assumed it was just because of the Memorial Day. Things got off to a terrible start with a waiter who was beyond rude. I was ready to walk out, but the manager came over. I told him straight up: if we don't receive a different server, we're leaving. Tbh I really wish we had just left. The manager seemed to laugh it off, but to me, it felt like he was laughing because he knew that older gentleman had no business serving tables. Thankfully, we were assigned a new waiter who completely turned the experience around. He was excellent and made the rest of our visit much more pleasant. As for the food, it was average at best. Will I ever return? Absolutely not. To top it off, the ceiling was leaking directly onto our table. The manager was well aware of it but clearly did not care. Meh. Stopped here after some local shopping because it looks good and we've been to the Huntington Beach Ca location which we enjoyed very much. This afternoon- not so much. The ambiance the decor are the same, the beautiful Argentinian styled rustic and elegant look is very nice. The seats are always comfortable especially by the bar. But that's kind of as far as it goes. We ordered the beef sliders, and the lamb lollipops. The beef sliders tasted good, just not a lot of meat and a little fatty on what was there. Solid no on the lamb lollipops. Overcooked on the inside, zero char on the outside and pretty salty. The drinks were okay, we had to wait a long time for them though which isn't really the bartender's fault, he was bartending for the whole restaurant but it's Sunday at 4:30 the day before Labor Day and there's hardly anybody here- seriously. Another problem that I had with my drink was that I couldn't finish it because it was not strained and I kept getting all the fruit stuck up in my little straw. I didn't want to bother the bartender for another one because I probably wouldn't have gotten it for a while. Probably wouldn't go to this location again, however the little cheesy puff breads they have... that might change my mind! read more

Our server was too slow, they habe to send others to help. We got here at 7:30pm and it was almost 9pm, nobody in our party of 16, had gotten their food. I went to a manager , very nice and professional btw, complaining about not having our food yet. The server was too slow and couldn't manage a big party. Then, the food came but not for everybody and the sides came way later. This experience was very disappointing . I had been in Virginia location , it was almost perfect. I'm a huge Fogo de Chão fan, and how can you blame me? Happy hour all day? That's amazing! And not only does their happy hour include drinks, it includes food, which you know is not typical. So a place that has happy hour with food on the menu and the happy hour is all day every day? Yeah, this is where you will find me. I'm a big fan of a Coral Gables location as that's the only one that we had here, but this Kendall location right across Dadeland Mall is fantastic. The decor and ambiance is warm and inviting, the bar area is way bigger! I appreciate that. And the service is on point. I sat at the bar which is typically what I do, and we were treated like royalty. There was not a second that went by that we were not asked if we were okay or if we needed a refill. If you ever come here and go to the bar, please ask for a flavio, stephanie, or Alejandro! They have two different wines on happy hour, they have a red blend that I'm all back. I have had both and they are delicious. They're spiced chicken sliders are incredible. They are very generous with the amount of chicken that they put in there and it's three per serving. And they have a $10 Picahna Burger which is incredible. It comes with crispy polenta fries and my friend loved it! I met Christian tonight who was the one who was in charge of training the staff here and I had to congratulate him! Seriously unbelievable service! Do not hesitate to come here. You won't regret it! Terrible service. I mean terrible. Somehow our server deserted us; so we never had an official server or someone to help us. We constantly had to beg for water and not all of the meat choices would come to us. Additionally, the food was not great. Tasted terrible especially for the price. For $70 it should taste decent. Additionally, you pay all that money to be cramped up, barely any A/C blowing in the building, and they use tables from legit the Home Depot. Takes away any class they had. Never coming back. The decor of the restaurant is far superior to the location in Coral Gables. This place almost gave captial grille feels. We were greeted & seated promptly, by two helpful & friendly hostesses. Our server, Jessica was an absolute super star!! She went above & beyond to make our daughter feel comfortable. I don't even know where to start. The bread rolls were amazing, but everything else wasn't. The music was way too loud for someone who is sensitive to loud noises like myself. My husband and I tried this place out and it was amazing! I don't eat steak but the lamb cuts were deliciously seasoned. Our server Alex and the staff were all extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. My husband enjoyed every cut of steak that was offered. I would love to end this night on a high note, but the truth of the matter is. that wasn't. if it wasn't for how attentive and polite our server. was I wouldn't have even given it two stars. for starters. I was sitting down for over 15 minutes without as much as a glass of water or an acknowledgement that I was there. Second, they gave me a cloth. napkin. Then when I went to wipe my. mouth with it. It was stained. and the list continues. They pushed the lower cuts of meat. and no one ever came around with the rib eye or anything else like that. It just kept pushing the churrascco. It's fairly high priced. at over $250. for three people. I can't say enough good things about our server. Too bad I can't remember his name right now. I should have caught that. also I had the green on and it took forever for anyone to come around. I had to remind our server multiple times. Dessert took a very long time to get there. Overall. with the exception. of how polite and attentive our server was. The rest of the place. kind of sucks. If you are planning to go there. keep an eye on what cut of beef they bring you. Because, like I said, it feels like they're pushing the lower grade stuff. and barely showing up. with any of the upper levels. stuff. I put most, if not all, of that blame on. management. is safe to say that it was a one time experience for me. and my father. who I hoped would enjoy a good stake. on his special day.
