They were the worse wings we have ever had there. They were not the original wings with the tips and some were deformed they didn't even resemble a wing. They put way too much sauce on them so they were not even enjoyable. Service was horrendous and they didn't even get our shrimp order correct. read more

Although the servers were nice pretty much everything else wasn't. First they said we couldn't divide up the wing flavors like most other chains because it was wing night? The place was not packed and/or busy at all so that didn't make sense. Secondly our wings were the smallest things I've ever seen. I guess in California they inject their chickens with steroids or something because 10 here felt as much as 2/3 over there. Drinks were reasonably priced. They offered a pretty GOOD TAKEOUT DEAL. 40 Wings, fries, two types of gravy and coleslaw for $29.99 (Canadian dollars) with the HST I think it was $36.00. We chose two different types of wings garlic honey and BBQ. I liked the garlic honey better than the BBQ, I felt the BBQ wings were TOO salty. The fries were the best part, they were curly fries and that they taste really good. The coleslaw was good too. It was a good deal we ate half for dinner and the other half for lunch the next day. I'm not into women but the girls were attractive, they looked better than some of the other hooter waitresses I've seen, so if you 're a guy or you're into girls that would probably be a plus for you. Visited Hooters for the first time in a few years and was happy with both the food and service. The wings came out very fast and were crispy and just right. The wrap had more lettuce than chicken, the wings almost raw made my dad sick. ordered 2 iced teas 1 Pepsi 1 7up and only got one iced tea. Here's your tip: when people order take out, you aren't providing a service therefore there is no tip. The kitchen does the work and their labour is covered in the cost of the food. Not all hooters customers are there to look at your bum and boobs, so don't expect a tip for having to wear that uniform. read more

There was a long wait for okay food, bordering on mediocre. Considering the amount of good and bad burgers I've had in my life, I was surprised at how dry and flavorless the burger I had here was. It was the Western BBQ Burger and it was a chore to eat, I had to mask the taste with the sauce the onion rings side came with. Possibly the worst burger I've had in my adult life. My mom's salad was good though. My sister's chicken tasted okay but looked like a kitchen nightmare (she finished it at least). And lastly, though superficial and subjective, only one of the three girls I saw here was a true bombshell. Love the idea of the restaurant but if the only gimmick is that the servers are hot women, I don't think that's enough to compensate for the lackluster food quality. It was a late Sunday night and most local hotspots were closed or in the process of doing so. Our gang of six (couples) marched up and down the main drag in Niagara looking to grab a late night bite and a couple drinks. Hooters was not our first choice but it appeared to be the only place open near our hotel. We couldn't have been luckier! Ana, Vanessa, Becky and Becky 2 were amazing that night. Worst Hooters I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. Went in and no one acknowledged us for a long time. Eventually one of the girls walking around told us to grab any table. We prefer booth seats so we headed in that direction. First booth we got to was still all dirty covered in glasses and plates. Second booth we got to was the same way. We gave up on booths and headed to a high-top table. The place wasn't busy so I should've seen the dirty tables as a result of lazy wait staff but went ahead an waited for a waitress anyways. Sat there for a long time and no one approached us. Eventually a waitress I think was named Tiana came over and asked if we wanted drinks. We had sat there so long that we were ready to order drinks and food. Put in our order and sat there forever waiting. So long that I almost walked out. Tiana never came by our table and most of the Hooter's girls there were just hanging out by the corner of the bar. Food was taking forever to come out of the kitchen and our table and other table near us sat there without food for the longest time. Once the food came it was just ok. Went into Hooters in Niagara Falls on a whim. Wanted to get me some Boneless wings the way I "Always" get them. Blended 911/Daytona and finished of on the grill. Of all the Hooters restaurants I've been to around the US and Canada, including England. This is the the ONLY place that will not blend their sauce. Why? Don't know. The servers I had will Unwilling to ask the cooks if they could. Just gave me a quick response of... "They won't do that". So I had them do half and half. 10 Boneless 911 and 10 Boneless Daytona, and have them finish them off on the grill like they do the normal Daytona wings. Kaitlyn my server asked did I want those Daytona style. Yes Daytona style. Just like I said 10 Boneless with Daytona sauce finished off on the grill. Well I got 10 Wings 911 and 10 naked wings Daytona style. These were not what I had ordered. When I brought this up to my other server Zoe. She immediately brought the 911 wings back to the kitchen and quickly came out with 10 Boneless drenched in 911 Sauce. I then asked what about the Daytona wings. I wanted those boneless too. By this time Kaitlyn had joined in. both said thats what I had ordered. 10 wings Daytona style. REALLY? I said Boneless. Kaitlyn said I asked you if you wanted Daytona style and you said yes. Well I did but not wings. BONELESS. made like Daytona style. Zoe then said they won't do that. WOW. There are a lot of things they "Won't" do there. Especially make sure the customer is happy. So so bad. First, had to move to the bar to even get service after being told to sit wherever. The girls working there were more interested in constantly talking to each other in front of the kitchen and going on their phones than serving guests. Weirdly, I wasn't asked for ID, but my girlfriend (who is three years older than me) was. The beer was overpriced and tasted watered down. The bartender kept sitting on top of the ice dispenser (you've seen their shorts, that's gotta be a health code violation!).
