Can't say anything bad about the service or the food. We got an appetizer with chips and dip cheese dip and bought 10 wings hot wings. The wife asked for ranch dressing with the wings we were charged $.70 for the little cup they would put catchup in at McDonald'. Then there wasn't enough cheese dip so the wife asked for some salsa and was given the same size cup with water down salsa costing another $.70. Will probably never go back even if it was the only sports bar playing the bronco game go Broncos! All in all the food was rather good but they nickel and dime you on everything you order. Guess they have to make a living also just not on my dime. By the way twas probably only 12 people in the entire restaurant during the football games on Sunday!!! This place does not even deserve a one star but you have to give it a rating. Hooters should've stayed close down it should've never reopened. First time I've ever gone into Hooters. The place was pretty empty it was about 1:30 in the afternoon I asked the waitress what is good and she recommended her nine dollar lunch special which was chicken tenders and waffle fries. When I got the bill I was up charge for the waffle fries so nine dollar lunch was almost an $11 lunch. She asked me if everything was OK I told her the chicken was soggy and rubbery it wasn't cooked all the way through. She told me well the next time order it without sauce and have it put on the side. This place specializes in chicken and chicken wings I don't know even why you would even bring that out looking like that .To top it all off you heard the cooks in the kitchen screaming pick up your orders to the waitresses. Decided to stay the night in Yuma on my way home from Phoenix. I had the Wife and my dogs and needed to eat dinner at a place that allowed dogs. We were served by an awesome waitress named Mary. As a Marine Veteran myself, how awesome is it to find your Hooters waitress is a fellow Marine Veteran! Even my Veteran Navy Corpsman wife was very impressed! Besides that, Mary was very attentive, and checked on us constantly. She is funny, engaging and of course she is of Hooters Girl Caliber. (Shes super hot!) Food was on point and beer was cold but that was by far the worst service I've ever received at a Hooters establishment. The process for serving the patio was broken. I waited 1/2 hour for a server so I could order another beer and ended walking inside twice to get what I needed. When the waitress brought my check and apologized, she made a comment along the lines of "I hope the service wasn't so bad that you won't return". We don't go to Hooters often, but when we do, it's all about Wing Wednesday and all you can eat wings. First time here in Yuma trying almost all the flavors except the 3 mile island sauce. I don't want to be hurting from the heat! Lemon pepper and Daytona Beach are faves as is the Buffalo hot. My Lots and Tots were over the top yummy. We drove from San Diego to Arizona on a road trip with my friend. We were going to go to Del Taco in the same parking lot but you can never go wrong with the Hooters food and service. The server, sorry I forgot your name, was pleasant and attentive. She had a great smile and very conversational. It was pretty slow during lunch since we went in the middle of the week so I'm glad we had the opportunity to receive the excellent service we did. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad which was great! I also ordered some very hot wings that were on the lunch special. My friend ordered about 25 wings and finished almost all of them! Went for lunch upon arrival a friendly greeting and was quickly seated menus arrived fast but waitress was rushing us to order, so I just got a hamburger didn't have time to look over the menu she had already came to the table 3 times probably because they were extremely slow did not see anyone else setting in the front. Drinks arrived seconds later then the food was served looked good smelled good tasted a little dry. The waitress brought another round of drinks never asked for them but was nice better than waiting for a refill. Check out was not easy took a little while to get the check finally had to ask for it however people had come in and both waitress were tending to them. This is my first time 5 star review for Hooters ever. They really impressed tonight. The service so far has been awesome! The servers are Halle and Ciara. Halle was in training but did awesome. The 14.99 Wings all you can eat are a great value for those that like wings. I think the time between order of beer and wings to delivery was maybe 3 minutes. Not kidding. They were awesome. This was my first time coming into Hooters and I had an amazing experience! Our server was Brenda and she was so kind and sweet and made sure to check on us often. I had a frozen mango margarita, and to be honest it was the best one I have ever had! I am usually not a fan of the frozen margaritas , but Brenda recommended it and I loved it! They always seem to have a buttery deep fry on them with the sauce over top and don't seem to like to stay in the stomach long. I'll say I've never had my much more than the wings. The server took a little bit (for the amount of nothing that was going on) to get back to the table for drinks. Drinks arrive and we order food. I got parmesan garlic wings and a Caesar side salad, others got the cajun chicken sandwich and the smoke wings. As I stated before on how the wings come out that's pretty much what I got. I loved the large area this one has where you can play cornhole! The girls were extremely friendly, especially our Hooters girl, Courtney! The manager was also extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I went to Hooter's on a date night. Which was really our last resort because both Olive Garden and Red Lobster were slammed, we didn't want to be late for our movie. The last time either of us had eaten at a Hooter's was 10 years ago in Pensacola, FL. We hated the food then, but figured we'd give this one a shot. I can't say anything bad about the service. Spoke to two managers for two different reasons, the first manager a guy was friendly and took the time to address our concern; the second came in to lay down the law. Her body language was negative from the beginning. My father who served 20 years frequents the hooters in Phoenix was treating. This has been the worst experience eating out in Yuma I've probably ever had. First time there and I will never go back. We went (5 of us) for a benefit dinner. We arrived about 6:30 pm. Yes they were busy but not all tables were full and there were not a lot of large groups. (I'm a waitress so I'm understanding of the situation). We put our name on the list while there were several open tables. We waited quite a while to be seated. After a long wait we asked why we couldn't sit at the empty tables and there were still two people ahead of us. We were told they were giving the waitress time to get caught up. I understood that but again they weren't that busy. Finally we were told we could sit with a group of our friends outside by the waitress that was working the patio. We sat she took our drink orders promptly and we were one of three total tables. Not once did she come back to tell us she was busy or sorry it's taking so long, nothing! We have two young children and one 11 year old that were very thirsty (it was pretty warm outside) we sat for an hour and a half waiting for drinks. You may ask why we waited so long. Well like I said I'm a waitress and I understand being busy plus we were there for a benefit. So needless to say after being there nearly two hours we left, my daughter crying because she's tired and hungry and thirsty. No food, no acknowledgement, nothing!
