The kimchi had a good, spicy flavor to it. This dish alone could have been my lunch. The two tacos were also delicious. I really like this food truck and I will be back. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They had a good flavor and were of good quality. The sauce on them was delicious. The jambalaya was good, but not great.
