Their insurance company was not easy to deal with. New Generation took over and handled everything from there. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They looked at the truck and pointed out items that were damaged that we didn't even notice. They made sure everything was repaired and replaced properly, covered by the other person's insurance, and they even were able to get it back to us earlier than expected! While I hope we're not involved in any other automobile accidents, this is who I would return to if we needed repairs.

I had my car aligned here because someone referred them to me and I was looking for convenience…read more Why did I do that?! The worst experience of my life. I had just purchased new tires so I wanted to make sure I would get the best wear out of the tires so of course I would need to get an alignment. My car was dropped off and they called back and said the same thing that Erik M. stated that I needed a new camber or it needed to be corrected. I let them proceed with the work and picked my car up later. My car has been riding different ever since I went to this "Shop". I had the chance to take it back just recently after getting my tires rotated and boy did they try to shoot smoke up my butt! They started with my wheels are bent. So I proceeded to ask them which ones and they said the front ones but remember I just got my tires rotated so that would pretty much mean that they all are bent correct. Then they stated that whomever did my brake work didn't change out my rotors when I know for a fact that they were changed out. No need for me to argue when I see that you are trying to convince me that the sky is falling. When I left there I had a quote totaling $1632 of work that needed to be performed on my car. That really dampened my spirit. I spoke with a mechanic that looked at my car right after I left East Point Alignment and Frame and he stated that he didn't see what they saw but suggested that I take it to another tire and alignment shop just to be on the safe side because he wasn't convinced that they were being totally honest with me. So I took my car to my normal tire and alignment shop a couple of days afterwards only to leave with a quote totaling absolutely nothing. The people at East Point Alignment and Frame told me a whole bunch of BS! They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to swindle me out of my hard earned cash. I will never step foot on this property again and I wouldn't recommend this place for your dog to piss on.

First off the old hag that was working the front should be working as far in the back as possible. Her people skills were 0. Dropped my car off and went to work. They said they'd call when the car was ready or if there was additional work they found that needed to be done. Never got a call back so I called after work to find out how it was looking. Apparently my car needed a new camber installed before they did the alignment. So my quote went from 50$ for an alignment to 350$ for a new camber and alignment. I told them I would be up there shortly to pick up my car. Spoke with my father in law about taking it somewhere else that he trusted. He had lots of experience with automobiles and mechanics. He called his guy Lee Tires in Riverdale (which I highly recommend) to bring it in for a second opinion. According to them my camber was almost perfectly calibrated (in my 10 year old car) and I really just needed some new tires up front. Got a couple new tires and man it drives like the day I got it. He was also able to provide a printout of my tire alignment and calibration to prove what he was telling me to be true. Alignment and Frame was unable to provide me with any documentation supporting the replacement of my camber. So I wonder what they even did to come to that conclusion. Unless you already have a (go to) mechanic get a second opinion. Sorry to say but mechanics are responsible for their own bad rap.
