They definitely cater to more farm-oriented clients, so it is less commercial nursery and more supply store for those in the lifestyle of outdoors and farming. None of this is a bad thing, but just to set the expectation! The store is good sized and depending on the season features a lot of outdoor space fitted with plants, grass seed, accessories, rock, straw, piping, barrels, etc...Interior is a little of everything from clothing to gardening tools, mowers, grills, grilling accessories, housewares, decor, chemicals, animal feed and treats and much more! Once we understood what they offered, we were solid. We were after a bit more flower bed based items and flowers themselves, which was not really offered here. We did pick up a few seed packets and a grill brush while here, so all was not lost on the visit. Service was a tad off from expectation, as they associates were quite busy with each other and less interested in engaging customers, even during check out. Overall, solid spot when needed. I understand the need for and dependence on the Co-op. Once we add a couple of acres, I can imagine this being a more consistent spot for us!

I buy the 50# bags; it is always fresh. The birds now turn away from the organic pellets or crumbles available at TSC; they barely touched it when I had to get a bag to hold me over. KOFFI staff is trustworthy, always friendly, responsive to my needs, and extremely helpful. They really care about doing things right.

For a while, we were picking up his food in-person, until I received an email saying that Hollywood Feed offers FREE same-day delivery. I was SO excited --and we've been using this service ever since! All you have to do is place your order through their website and select same-day delivery at checkout. I will note that you do have to be within a certain mile radius for same-day delivery, but we live on the other side of town from this location, so I can imagine it's a pretty wide radius. If you order before 6 p.m. you'll get your delivery that evening. Tips are recommended, but not required - although I'm happy to tip anyone who's lifting a 25 pound bag of dog food so I don't have to! The team often leaves us a sweet note wishing us a nice day, and includes few small sample treats for our dog. We'll continue to order our dog's food from Hollywood Feed for this level of care - you just don't find that at other pet stores!

The staff and the people who shop there are all super friendly and kind. I don't usually talk to other customers but the dogs and I visited with everyone here. Just don't mistake it for a fancy place, it's a feed center. The shop seemed to be out of a few basic things when I was looking around to price premium dog food. I'm sure I could have asked and they would have told me when more would be delivered, because they're happy to help. It wasn't that important so I bought some Giant Kong Balls and a snack the dogs picked out instead. They had dog food, cat food, bird food, livestock stuff, an array of toys, leashes, collars, etc. A great stop with or without your pets! Lots of people were stopping here for propane as well.
