There is meat, sides, dairy, non-dairy, pet foods, makeup, vitamins and supplements, and too many more options to mention. Even the most specific diets will find plenty to fill the cart. Of course, with any specialty store, the prices can be higher, but obviously, this is a store that has only clean food that warrants the pricing. Get your ECO membership with just a name and phone number. This gives you deals and notices of specials. No card to carry, just input your phone number when checking out. I wish this was a chain. I ate breakfast here on a trip and was blown away by their healthy and delicious options. I had the hash, eggs, and I added pulled pork and it was absolutely delicious. Going to eat and having food prepared with high quality ingredients and no seed oils is rare. read more

What is the guy's problem at the check out for "get up and get your own food and beer line." He is a disgruntled and angry man who shouldn't be in the service industry. Someone in line ahead of me bought a glass of wine and when it was rung up, he asked why he couldn't get the happy hour price. The angry man said it was 2 min past 6 pm so "No.". The customer said, well I've been in line for 5 min and the clerk still said "it's 6:02 now." There are more examples,but I can't forget to put in this one - my husband asked what kind of Amber beer it was and the guy said - "look on the board!" Why would we go back to this place. Gluten free- Tried out the gluten free fish fry on Friday. Described as: "Gluten Free Friday Fish Fry (gf/nf/sf) Gluten free panko crusted air fried North Atlantic cod filet served with roasted herbed russet potato wedges, Good Harvest coleslaw and a side of Greek yogurt tartar sauce." The panko breading seasoning has a dryer flavor, but very crunchy versus other Popular GF fish fry coatings that are a lot of the time battered. We haven't been here in a while because the food was never that great. We went back with the "newly renovated" menu and staff and it's still not great. It's not bad, but it's definitely something I wouldn't run out to get or crave. Food was very bland and soggy. I had the root veggie has bowl with chicken. It was mediocre at best. An extra $3 for quite literally no chicken was pathetic. I think there were a few small strings of chicken and that was it. Unbelievably disappointing. My wife had the Cauliflower Keto Bowl and that was bland as well. We also had the Mac & cheese for our daughter and... bland. All in all I wouldn't recommend it or bother going back. This is a fun spot for healthier dishes. Ambiance is great - beautiful live wall, outdoor patio with full play set for kids, upstairs balcony too! Plenty of seating for groups or camping out to read or get work done. Service has been good overall. Food is mixed but some dishes are outstanding: oatcakes with fruit are amazing, quesadilla with roasted veggies is very good. Everything is fresh and they have delicious jams in different flavors available to grab. Drinks were decent (coffee and smoothie). Did not like the pizza (thin, floppy crust kind of underbaked or not crispy and toppings were just ok) or hash (super oily and no flavor). I use to love this place for breakfast/brunch and would recommend it to anyone but the last couple of times I've been there it hasn't been good. The scrambled eggs have been flavorless and watery and the root hash has been undercooked. Today I found a piece of chicken in my vegetarian food. They tried to tell me it was the tempeh I ordered but it clearly was not. It looked very different from the rest of the tempeh and was obviously chicken. I'm not an idiot and didn't appreciate being treated like one. I asked for a refund and instead they remade the dish which I took home and threw out because I didn't trust it to be vegetarian or free of spit. This use to be my go to spot for breakfast but I don't think I'll be back. It's totally gone down hill. read more

A great option if you are looking for healthy, convenient, tasty food. Everything I've tried has been good - the fish fry, pizzas, ginger garlic stir fry, veggie power bowl, korean veggie cakes, toasted ravioli, root veggie hash bowl, pancakes, burger, avocado toast and more - all delicious. They have recently added a large bar with lots of fun tappers including kombucha, local beers, and my new favorite, Be Hive mead. The juice bar is second to none as well. I love going there for the Jody's Special smoothie, the Happy Rabbit juice, and fresh ginger shots to take home for the week to mix with sparkling water. The ambiance is good too - there is a nice upstairs dining room/lounge, an upstairs outdoor deck, and a really nice outdoor patio downstairs with a playground. Decided to try this place on a Sunday around 12:15 pm. There were a couple of people sitting outside, so we went in to see if we needed a hostess or could sit anywhere. We saw food on a tray on the counter, so thought maybe we were supposed to order inside before we sat down, but the only menu around was a drink list. There were workers walking around behind the counter - no one spoke to or even looked at the three of us in the 5 minutes we were there. Holy friendly staff! I honestly felt like I walked into a family reunion. I sat at the bar got a local tap beer and ordered a meal. Wow, just wow. The bartender hit me with a dozen options all according to my taste, the chef came out to confirm my weird vegan order with OPTIONS!! How is this place not on the map! I did my programming upstairs cause they have WIFI and I was at the hotel for only two days. Got all my work done and still had enough time for one last meal! AMAZING!! read more

I was there over the weekend to order from the newly renovated restaurant. I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. I walked away 3x and came back and still no one acknowledged me. They weren't busy. I left . Funny that they were advertising and also were on the news promoting the opening this week. I hope that they train the service employees so it becomes a great place to eat since I couldn't place my order to leave a more positive review.
