Stopped here with a big group, and we all really enjoyed the food and our experience. Prices were great, especially for the portions we received. They were able to split the check which was so helpful for us. Although we stopped by for a work lunch, I would definitely come back for a lunch with friends or family!

It felt like I walked into my grandma's kitchen with a tasty open faced turkey sandwich and pecan crusted chicken sandwich served hot! Great friendly service!

Cornerstone was a delightful and delicious find!! They have a great menu. Pot roast, meatloaf, burgers... a nice selection of refreshing wine too. Very pleasant service.

We all arrived at about 10:15 on a Sunday morning with cloudy weather, so we had to eat inside. The rest has separate areas spaced out with multiple size table of two to eight people. We were seated in a separate room with large doorways for people to intermingle and servers to go between. Our group ordered after having beverages delivered to us and we then patiently waited for our food to arrive. Two of us ordered southern hash which noted were gluten free, an avaocdo belt and an onlete of a mix of items with a side of hash browns. As a matter of fact all entrees had a choice of sides of fruit, hash browns or breakfast potatoes (deep fried potatoes cubed). My omelet was a bit over cooked and dry, but was full of flavor after salt and pepper were added. The hash was well accepted and pacing of food was good. The ambiance was ok, but fairly noisy with not a lot of noise deadening materials on the wall, ceiling or floors.

On the other hand I got the chicken and waffles with breakfast potato's and that was good. I would give the food a 3/5. The service itself wasn't bad they were all very friendly, just took a little bit to get their attention, not because it was busy they were all kind of just talking to each other. I'd give the service a 3/5. Lastly the price was on the pricier side so I'd also rate that a 3/5. It didn't break the bank but didn't help it either lol. All in all I'd give this place a 3/5 all around.

It's a pretty dark, steakhouse, vibe inside with old school Frank Sinatra-esque music in the background. The service level here was perfect, I love a place where the staff plays zone and if someone notices something then they cover it seamlessly. Nick was our server and took great care of us. we tried the following: Drinks - I had a dirty gin martini and my wife had a captain and diet (her go to) and both were perfectly mixed. Appetizers - We were really looking forward to the buratta appetizer, but it had just gone off menu, so we went with the goat cheese that replaced it, which was good (but I would cut down the number of sun-dried tomatoes by 1/3). My wife ordered the onion soup and really enjoyed it. Mains - My wife had the filet and said it was the best she has had in a long while. I am a sucker for lamb and wasn't feeling like a steak, so that is what I went with. Both were amazing and we both had mashed potatoes. Mine also came with carrots with a demi-glaze. Everything was delicious. Dessert - The restaurant was kind enough to serve my wife a complimentary dessert for her birthday. It was amazing, but we were so full we could only manage a few bites. Will definitely be back!!

It was an early seating 5:00. We were guided through a fairly empty dining room to the upstairs room. There was one couple already seated in an otherwise empty room. We were seated immediately next to them..... we may as well have been sitting at their table. I not only thought this strange but actually a bit rude. But, I did not make an objection. The food at this restaurant is always good and the wild game selection along with the specials are usually the good bets. In the past the wine list was more cost friendly but still not bad. My only criticism of the menu is the rather limited appetizer selection. Our entrees were very good but overall the experience was stilted by the poor judgement of the hostess serving us.

The inside reflects the name, Mercantile and Bean. There are unique items for sale, ranging from honey to candles to apparel items. For me, this space could have been better purposed for additional seating. But I get the idea that they offer what they consider "Artisanal" items for sale. Just not what I want in a coffee shop. Stopped in with a friend for some lunch. It was about half full, and there were mostly individuals or couple seated in the dining area. The food is always delicious, the service is truly impeccable with well trained, friendly servers, and it's very clean and homey. I had an egg special, and my choices included two (perfectly cooked) poached eggs, three crisp on the outside sausages, a well balanced fruit bowl with fresh pineapple, melons, and grapes, and a short stack of their light and fluffy pancakes. My husband had over easy eggs, bacon, pancakes and fruit, plus we both had The Coop's rich, deeply flavorful coffee. Everything was excellent and at a most affordable price. Fast forward several hours: my daughter and her young sons were in the area on an errand, so we met up and of course the boys were hungry, so as The Coop was, once again, very close, we went there. My daughter was very happy to see decidedly different menu options for kids' meals than the usual. Two of them had grilled cheese sandwiches with fruit cups, the third had a scrambled egg, sausage, a pancake and fruit, my daughter had French toast, and I had two cheeseburger sliders with fries. Everyone loved their food and the atmosphere, and they all want to go back. Two great experiences in one day!

We were thrilled with the familiarity but also with the newness of the menu. As it was far too hot to eat al fresco, we were given a table on the first floor near the window. We had 5:00 reservations and were seated immediately. Our server, Mason, was fun and efficient, but he also had to cover the bar so he was running. A few more staff would have been helpful as the tables filled up, and by 6:15, people were waiting outside to get a table. The age group of diners is varied, and everyone seemed to be very satisfied. We ordered the Bruschetta and the Salmon with Lemon Risotto, both of them prepared very well. The food tasted very fresh, and the presentation was lovely. I also ordered the Bolognese because I love a good dish of it. This one did not disappoint. However, the meat pieces were small pea-sized bits of beef, which tasted good, but looked a bit odd. I would like to know why, but I was too busy enjoying the dish. It is my birthday and so I was offered either a free cocktail or a dessert. I love a good treat so the flourless cake was my choice.
