We popped in here after coming off the trail. Very unique place made primarily out of old shipping containers with an additional large outdoor covered deck. We were impressed with the vast selection of craft beer, cans mostly with a few on draft. We made the mistake of eating Miguel's earlier and wished we would have eaten here instead. Delicious and healthy food on the Red! This farm to table restaurant has it all. A great location on the side of a creek, surrounded by trees. The food tastes fresh and real abd home cooked. A wide selection of beers. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. read more

Dave did a great job in being very hospitable and sharing about the different drinks Hops offers. We were one of the first (from what Dave shared) to get a new Hops glass. We are the gorge and celebrating our anniversary and Hope is a great place to be! read more

Hop's has a lot of potential, but the execution leaves room for improvement. They have a large selection of craft beers, and their meatball sandwich was tasty, but the bun was too flimsy for the saucy meatballs and fell apart as I was trying to eat it. The potato salad was bland and dry and the potatoes were falling apart - it appeared that they used russet potatoes, whereas in my opinion a good potato salad should use a waxy potato like a red potato. The pretzals and beer cheese was good, but not what I expected - hard pretzals like you'd find next to the chips in the grocery store. read more

This place has a great vibe if you want somewhere to stop for drinks, to try some new bourbons, etc. the outdoor seating was convenient since we had our dog with us. The food wasn't amazing. This was a cool restaurant and bar located just outside the gorge which was cooking up some good food and serving craft beers. The building itself was made out of shipping containers which was cool and there was a big patio available for sitting and the place was dog friendly. During my visit I only purchased beer and they had a really good selection of craft beers which were all priced reasonably, and although I didn't buy food the food being delivered to the various tables looked really good. Hops is definitely worth the visit when your close to the gorge and craving something different while wanting to support local. read more

We stopped at Hop's on a Saturday right when they opened. We were done hiking for the day and wanted a snack and a drink. We could not have been happier with our choice. The 2 ladies that were working (one was the owner, I think) were the nicest, most helpful people! They had great recommendations. We ordered the poutine which was amazing and a couple of beers. They had a really great local beer selection and we were very happy with what we picked. We can't wait to come back and try something else. read more

Cute little stop near the trails! They have a smaller menu but everything we tried was great. Perfect fries and a huge beer menu! The owner also manages a couple of air bnb stays right above the restaurant. We stayed there and they offer to bring our food up if we wanted to eat there instead. Super nice employees! read more

Awesome spot after a couple of hikes!! Doesn't open every day, so check that out first before heading out!!. Although food is OK, the beer selection is amazing and we enjoyed the four choices we made! This place looked cool in the pictures but when I called in a to go order for my family, the woman on the phone was extremely rude. I ordered pasta with chicken and she said they don't have that dish even though I saw it on their online menu. Then I asked if they have a pasta dish and she said yes and I said can I add chicken to it and she said yes. She also said other similarly rude and uninformed things during the conversation and I was so put off I didn't want to pick up the food. Does she not know the menu? Maybe they should hire more competent employees or teach them what the menu options are. read more
