I am not pleased how careless this worker is. I specifically set up a chair for it to be placed on, and he/she just put on the ground on top of a little trash box full of bathroom gunk from the sink, and a recycled soda can I used for an ash trey. It's unbelievable, I wouldn't mind if that worker placed it on the floor with all that blank spot, where you can easily see so much room to put it on. UPS you need to do better with your business, and have that driver either be terminated, or be written up at least.

We ended up just showing up at Kukui IT - no phone call, no texts - we just walked into their offices on a Friday morning to see if we could get the laptop serviced. Oh, my goodness!
