I have been going to Jaein at Hope Acupunture for about three months now for chronic abdominal pain,bloating, and horrible menstrual cramps surrounding my periods. Although there is an immediate calming effect overall after the first session I didn't start noticing a significant difference to my abdominal symptoms until after 4 sessions in. I have noticed a BIG difference in my menstrual cycles, less cramping, and bloating. I feel like the acupuncture has simply helped just balance my hormones overall. I also had prior surgeries that left me with chronic nerve sensitivity in my back which also has improved significantly since she has been working on my back as well. The place is really clean, quiet, and she wears a mask during the treatments which was also important for me. The room can get a little cold but she has been turning on the heater prior to my sessions since I brought the coldness up to her which is nice. Overall, great experience so far being 3 months in. * I didn't take any pictures at the beginning of the treatments but my stomach was much more swollen than the pictures. I only started taking pictures once I started to notice a difference in my bloating. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Park since May of 2025 for sciatica which started in January of 2025. I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. She always sends a text reminder about appointments the day prior to the appointment. Her treatment has given me a tremendous amount of pain relief and hope that I will continue to improve. Was able to schedule appointments practically right away which was great. Due to an unfortunate injury at work caused my knee and leg tremendous pain. During sessions I can feel instant relief, pain comes and goes and sometimes constant. I am a first time acupuncture patient. I have have a lower back pain since November. Physical therapy along with chiropractic services have gotten me to 95% cured but I needed something to get me to 100% cured so I could start golfing again. Did I tell you I hate needles? Well I went to doctor Park today to find out you don't feel the needles. I had 30 of them in me. The most relaxing treatment I have ever received from a doctor. Felt better when I left. One or 2 more treatments and I be back on the golf course. I will most likely be using acupuncture more for what ails me in the future. read more

From the the start this has been an amazing experience. I found Dr. Park in my search for relief from Bell's Palsy. I went to the medical doctor who prescribed some meds and told me it would take 3-6 months to get movement back on my face. But that did not help the pain and discomfort that this issue causes and I certainly was not happy with just sitting around waiting for it to get better. From the first consultation I could tell that Dr. Park was very thorough and knowledgeable. She took extra care to get a complete medical history before we even started treatment. She is very meticulous with the placement of the needles and you can tell that she treats with intention. I have had 4 sessions with Dr. Park consisting of acupuncture, cupping and massage. I am writing this review for Dr. Park out of gratitude, great appreciation for the work she has done, and new found good health!! The reason I wanted to see an acupuncturist was that I had a loss of feeling in my lower legs and feet after a long hospital stay combined with prescribed drugs to help with the pain and loss of feeling, the drugs just didn't work, and I felt worse and I slept worse. I felt like I was wearing cardboard socks. I found Dr. Park by searching a list of acupuncturists, it was the best find I have made. After the very first visit I knew Dr. Park was helping me and that she was very highly skilled. With each visit I have felt better, I have more feelings in my feet and legs now, much much closer to normal and I've just started to see her, also, I'm a really happy person again. I went to Hope Acupuncture in extreme pain. My main issue was hip pain and the pain was traveling to my groin. I found it difficult to get out of bed each morning. I have had back surgery in the past and was very concerned that my back was the cause of the problem. I honestly thought that I was facing another back surgery. I was driving past Hope Acupuncture one day and decided to stop and give it a try that they could help with my pain. A very good decision. Dr Jeong Park was fantastic. In the three visits that it took to take care of my pain, she was excellent with her treatment, concern and professionalism. The pain was so bad I could not sleep. I never had relief till I came to Hope Acupunture last week. I had my first treatment and 25% of the pain was gone. I came today and I'm leaving with zero pain. Dr. Park is the best! I injured my back pretty badly but she helped me regain my mobility. She is very kind and understanding.

Dr. Park is awesome. She is very soft spoken but she has the ability to make you feel comfortable from the start. Let's start from the beginning however. I had been having some excruciating hip pain from a pinched nerve. I tried a chiropractor and that was a total waste of time & money. I tried medical massages which only alleviated the pain for that particular day though my masseuse Linda, was amazing. I then went to a pain management clinic where I was prescribed a 7 day steroid pack. That worked almost immediately and I was good for about 6 months. Once the 6 months passed the pain returned. The second round of steroids did nothing for me hence the visit to Hope Acupuncture. I felt a little better after the first visit. Dr. Park on my first visit used acupuncture and also did some cupping that left some crazy circular bruises that went away in a few days. I had two more visits with my last being on 10/24. I finally feel good again and am ready to go back to the gym and start to work out again. I admit I was a bit reticent about the acupuncture but it worked. Don't let yourself get to the same place I was. Go see Dr. Park. She is amazing. read more

I came to Hope Acupuncture seeking for pain relief and to reduce swelling after I sprained my ankle pretty badly after playing basketball. As I came in, Dr. Park noticed that I was limping inside, and she knew what the issue was. I was able to get my paperworks done really quickly and luckily, Dr. Park had brief opening before her next patient came in, and she was willing to give consultation. After consultation, Dr. Park squeezed me into a slot for the very next day because she wanted to help as soon as possible, and wanted to treat my sprained ankle before it got worse. This really showed me that Dr. Park cares for her patients' wellness. After three sessions of acupuncture, I was able to get back on court with no pain at all. I've recommended Hope Acupuncture to all my friends and family, and those who have came to see Dr. Park has all said the same thing, it's great and acupuncture really works. Honestly, I could say that I would bring those people who doesn't believe in acupuncture to Dr. Park and she will change their beliefs.
