Hard work does pay off, however, the way I was treated today was terrible. I get a phone call and when I answered it she was talking about me like a dog about my ends getting trimmed. When I told her I over heard her talking Trash and I won't be back, all she could say was "ok. I'm sorry you had to hear that." That was foul. Nobody should have to go through that. If you felt that much hatred I will NEVER be back. Word of advice: not everyone is rich like your other clients so if someone is asking you for a service that seems too high. They don't deserve to get dogged out. The 1st time you trimmed my hair back in 2015, you made me wash my own hair. And charged me 20. This time I wanted just a natural hair trim and you told me 45 for for wash and shampoo and 20 dollars add on for the trim. I just want a healthy trim before I get braids for my birthday so I can keep my hair healthy. 65 dollars for a trim and no style is insane. I wasn't trying to change your prices just wanted you to work with me because I wanted just a blow dried trim like last time. But I guess you forgot about that?
