Both reviews were fantastic so I went in and asked the lady how long the wait and how much it is. 10 minutes wait and $25 for men's haircut. Sounded great so I had a hair cut here spontaneously. Well, this is the best hair cut I've had in Dallas. The lady (I believe she is the owner) is a kind, professional and wonderful person and her skill was excellent. We had a great conversation and she gave me some good pointers about dying hair at home. If you need a great haircut in Dallas area, I highly recommend Z3 Salon. But he seemed very short with me, and uninterested in my hairstyle photos. And rather wanted to do what he wanted to do. I ended up with a big piece of hair cut short on one side, and excessive layers that I have spent months growing out. It's been painful. My new stylist even noticed it all and had to correct. I always try to give people grace because you don't know what they're going through. He might've just been going through a bad time. But that would've spanned several months worth from several of my appointments. My first impression was that he's burned out on his job. Not sure if others have had the same experience as I did, but thought I should say something.

Please never confuse my kindness for weakness or judge me at all. The fact is that you can get human hair wigs already styled and cut for a fraction of their cost. I realize that this place has been around for decades and when you're upset and needing a wig for health reason that price is no object but now days you can order better wigs and try them on at home than the ones you don't like or don't want you can ship them back plus if they need styling you can go to the hair schools and have students under a licensed stylist/teacher take care of you without the hassle sometimes for free as they may trade a grade for services. Don't let these people scam you into believing they are better than other places because they have been lying and overpricing on patience hurting and confused for years. I'm very disappointed in the way I was "tricked" in giving information they only cared about so they could give me a price that is 6x the price of a wig online that is human hair plus some already styled and a topper for $1600 is absolutely ludicrous! Think car salesman from the 80s when you walk in and ensure you shop around before you give your hard earned money to this place. I went in as a scared, insecure lady and they did exactly as I thought and overcharged me and priced gouged me so they got to keep their wigs and I found six for half the price and all human hair. I only need to have two of them styled a bit more to my liking. I'll have six looks that just make it look like I styled my hair different each day and one weekend fun beachy casual look.
