I'll also mention the associates are not customer-service oriented. I was the only customer in line and none of the associates addressed me (check the camera, black dress around 5pm on 8/4/26). I had to guess which register to stand at to get someone's attention. They also chatted with each other while refusing to give me my refund. If you are outside of their new 90 day return window they'll call your items "expired" and at most offer a couple dollars in store credit. Obviously, Kohls isn't doing well and you can say goodbye to this long-term customer. Of course I'll use my credit but will be purchasing clothing elsewhere.

This Walmart is in a good location in Prescott Valley and it's a large store with a good inventory. They have everything from food to electronics to personal care items, which is convenient if you forgot to pack a toothbrush. While walking around the store, I met Jasper, whose owner was kind enough to let me take his picture. The store is clean and employees are helpful if you have a question. Walmart stores are the same whether you travel in the states or oversees, it's always good to have a dependable place to shop. Prices are good too.

Some boxes here, some on another display. But NOWHERE was there a box for the shoe I wanted. And NOWHERE was there an employee I could ask for assistance. The only person I saw working was the customer service lady with a line 5 or 6 deep. Were asked to shop local, keep our tax dollars local and I prefer to do that.
