I also don't understand why the patio/rooftop area is totally enclosed in (with open windows, yes, but enclosed). I just felt this could have been a much sleeker, much more open "skybar". Again, that super-basic inside area needed some work. It had absolutely zilch decor! My husband and I wondered why they spent so much effort into one half, but zilch on the other. Just weird. The bar service was really bad. We stood waiting to order our drinks for minutes on end...and it wasn't even all that crowded really. I got a Moscow Mule...in a basic drinking cup (not the typical Mule cup), with mostly ice...and ridiculously overpriced! I didn't even bother to snap a pic of that basic, overpriced drink. Guess I'm glad Rock Hill has a "skybar" of sorts now...but sadly, disappointing.
