It took me 6 months to get my $1,500 deductible back from SF ENT after I had sinus surgery. They collected the deductible before the surgery, but it was applied to the anesthesiologist's bill. I had to pay another $1,500 to the anesthesiologist to avoid going to collections and then fight with the billing office of SF ENT to get the other $1,500 they weren't entitled to back from them. It took countless calls, documentation, letters, the insurance carrier calling and writing them, and me finally threatening small claims court before they finally refunded it. I even had someone in the billing office outright lie to me about their title and level of authority. Dr. Kleidermacher's staff is beyond unbelievably rude. They will put you on endless hold, disconnect you, not answer your questions, give you bad information, argue with you, and God-forbid should a situation arise where an apology is in order. Avoid this practice at all cost.

Finally got a hold of them and told me that the doctor does not write prescription that he doesn't prescribe now I find myself going back to the hospital because the pain is unbearable. Think I made a big mistake by choosing this doctor if you're in pain, find someone else.
