Horizon Autoglass is fully insured, very professional, better pricing, and warrantied the work!!! I will never use another company for auto glass again!!! I would have given them more than 5 Stars I could as it was well deserved!!! We never thought a Florida Hurricane could cause weather damage all the way up to Ohio! However, the one that reached us on 09.27.24 cause one of our Large Maple trees to fall onto our truck! Once the Insurance Adjuster did their part to the claim...it was time to get a new windshield in the truck. It was about 9pm on 10.02.24 and I am scrambling to get quotes realizing I would not hear back from anyone until the following day or two let alone scheduling to get someone out among many others who need service for the same reason. By 9:15pm Daniel Sherrell with Horizon Autoglass text me asking when he could call me to discuss our situation. After about 15 minutes of a phone conversation, Daniel gave me a quote and was scheduled to come out to our home the following day. We were so grateful for such a quick response! The following day he called before stopping over, he showed up a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. He introduced himself and the gentleman that he had helping him. They were very professional, detailed, quick, and the Customer Service was none like I have seen in a very long time. He was willing to work with the insurance company, but I opted to pay him outright and I would take it up with the insurance company the red tape. By the time they left, it felt like I had a personal family member who came to the aid to help us in our situation. Daniel was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I needed to have the windshield replaced on my KIA Soul. My husband passed away two weeks ago and I had no idea who to call, or what kind of price to expect, especially since I had just paid for his funeral. Horizon Autoglass was awesome to work with. Our insurance sent us to another company and it was going to be over 2 weeks before we could get an appointment. Horizon was able to get out the next afternoon. Daniel was very easy to work with. He told us that our insurance would need to send over the paperwork and once they did we would be good to go. He handled all the paperwork, went to our daughters work and took car of the car. Our daughter told us that he was very nice and accommodating while he was there as well.
