It's not your average playground; it's big, well designed and has tons of opportunities for kids to explore and play. What really makes Shoreview Community Center stand out is the community. They offer so much more than just a pool and playground. From the fitness center to the skatepark they have created a space for all interests and ages. It's clear they have invested in making a valuable resource for everyone.

Bamboo Bay is much louder than the main pool area due to the fact it's more enclosed and there are sprayers with lots of water all over. The lifeguards do a great job of keeping their eyes on the kiddos cause it can get very very packed in both pool areas and kids of all different ages including adults too! The bathrooms and lockers are great and all facilities are pretty new and kept clean. I do love the spinner to spin clothes after swim time... As a side note, if you're like me and just hung out with other parents while the kiddos swam...it can get very very hot and humid so dress accordingly even in the winter time!

The Dimension One brand is a quality tub and we were very impressed with some of their innovations that you can't get elsewhere. We ended up buying a floor model for a lower price and with a quicker delivery which we loved! The delivery team was nice, helpful, and quick. They took away our old spa and placed the new one in the location carefully. After it was delivered, Mark even came out to give us a demo and a chemical tutorial which was a level of service I never expected! I am thrilled with Poolside on all levels right now!

Their prices are hard to beat and the service is absolutely stellar. Had them perform multiple services this year and they were very prompt with communication, scheduling and then getting the work done. I would highly recommend them anyone who owns a pool. A $19,000 spa that we got with a premium 5-YEAR extended warranty and we are currently having issues with the #2 Pump at about the 4 1/2 year mark. Customer Service, that has been top notch when we bought the spa, buy supplies for the spa and purchase replacement parts not warrantied, that all came to a screeching halt when the issue becomes theirs. You have to go thru a 3-Step screening process and fill out a PRE-APPROVED Authorization to charge my credit card before I even get to speak to a service representative. None of that was divulged when we bought the spa. After 5 days and countless phone calls to the St Louis Park office, we finally got someone to tell me that "service should call me back before the end of the day" I had plans to purchase a top of the line swim spa for my next house when we sell this one, but I can tell right now, it's not looking very good for Master Pool &Spa!

The chemicals and maintenance is something we had to learn but there is so much good information you can read online from actual Swimspa users that it wasn't that tough to figure out. We are using it daily for exercise, relaxation, entertainment and fun! It is a large purchase and therefore you should plan accordingly. We installed a new deck right after the Swimspa was delivered and it turned out beautiful!
