Very poor communication, poor follow up, and poor service. They did fix the small leak they were asked to fix. However, I asked for a heads-up call 1 hour before someone was planning on arriving. I was told that wouldn't be an issue. No one called me. The repair technician came out and fixed the leak without any notice. There was another noticeable leak just a few feet away from the original work order leak, but they didn't even bother looking at. I would have informed them/pointed it out if they would have called in advance like I was promised. *Side thought: Why wouldn't a repair technician call the customer if there was another noticeable leak / issue just a few feet away from where they were working??? Also, every time I attempted to call their service department, I would have to leave a message, and that would lead to series of phone tag. Messages don't get responded to in a timely manner, and all I heard was excuses in the end. No sense of ownership, just excuses. Don't waste your time with this company if you need servicing done. Find another company that cares about its customers and provides quality service.

A $19,000 spa that we got with a premium 5-YEAR extended warranty and we are currently having issues with the #2 Pump at about the 4 1/2 year mark. Customer Service, that has been top notch when we bought the spa, buy supplies for the spa and purchase replacement parts not warrantied, that all came to a screeching halt when the issue becomes theirs. You have to go thru a 3-Step screening process and fill out a PRE-APPROVED Authorization to charge my credit card before I even get to speak to a service representative. None of that was divulged when we bought the spa. After 5 days and countless phone calls to the St Louis Park office, we finally got someone to tell me that "service should call me back before the end of the day" I had plans to purchase a top of the line swim spa for my next house when we sell this one, but I can tell right now, it's not looking very good for Master Pool &Spa!

We are so happy with our decision to make this purchase as it has exceeded our expectations. The chemicals and maintenance is something we had to learn but there is so much good information you can read online from actual Swimspa users that it wasn't that tough to figure out. I ordered an expensive wifi connector so that I could adjust temperature remotely. It worked for a little while but when it stopped working they had no way of servicing it or no contact to share to help troubleshoot the problem. The second item was a lift assist device that broke shortly after they installed it. Instead of helping me fix either of the issues, they just added me to their no service list so I needed to find another complany to help me fix my spa.
