I requested service to unlock a deadbolt in the home which became accidentally locked from the…read moreinside. The deadbolt is an older model and had several coats of paint on it from previous owners. I was never given an estimate upon arrival of the locksmith - only the final value at the very end which was extremely high. In addition the locksmith seemed unfamiliar with this particular task and was not interested in hearing any additional information I attempted to offer. Once he was able to get the door open he also declined removing the remains of the deadbolt (which ended up getting completely drilled through) although this would have been relatively easy for him. Additionally he had a can of WD40 which was somehow punctured and sprayed everywhere inside of my house until we took the can and put it in a trash bag and ran outside of the house. Overall I would not recommend this service.

He came out today and was still patient and accommodating even though I was running late from work. Mr. Kim is not only friendly and professional, but clearly experienced, he was in and out in about 15 minutes, all while keeping a light, casual conversation going. Honestly, he could probably do this in his sleep! What really stood out, though, was how affordable his service was. Unlike other locksmiths who either quote ridiculously high prices or don't bother responding at all, Mr. Kim offered great value and excellent service.
