A spring on one of our two garage doors broke and was hanging down causing a safety hazard. I called Dave and he came out the next day to fix the problem. Dave suggested that we consider renewing both springs and the cables and sheaves on the door in question. He quoted a fair price to basically renew all this equipment on that door. Then he offered to replace the same equipment on our other door and gave us a discount for doing two doors. When he arrived, we pointed out that another service company had repaired a broken bracket on one of the doors, but had installed it somewhat off center. Dave suggested installing a brace on the center line of the door instead of the bracket. We had him install the brace on the other door as well and we now have two doors that work smoothly and quietly and are stronger than before. Dave was extremely pleasant and agreed to fix our doors even though we live in Sammamish--slightly outside his normal work area. I heartily recomment using Dave for any garage door needs. read more
