The sauna doesn't get nearly as hot as it should (used to get to 185 degrees now only 145), the pool volleyball net has been broken since the middle of summer, and the cabanas were a mess the whole summer (cabana work wasn't complete until after the summer). The fire pit has been out of service since around February. Why didn't they fix the fire pit over the summer and do the cabanas in the winter? That would have been logical. Instead we had little shade over the summer and now it's getting cold and still no fire pit. These attached pictures show the ongoing neglect. Instead of prioritizing resident security or meaningful improvements, management spends their time obsessing over repainting parking lots, buildings, and replacing a cheap keyboard, meanwhile, multiple cars have been broken into and they refuse to install cameras above level 1 in the parking garage. Residents have made it clear that safety matters more than paint, but management doesn't seem to care. Some residents have reported too much attitude when complaining to the office. Multiple residents have reported roaches, but nothing was done, so they moved. The contractors they brought in for painting and power washing are damaging patios and make a mess, which shows management obviously went with the cheapest option, at residents' expense. There's no communication in the office - one person will tell you one thing, and another will say the opposite. For the amount of money paid here, it's unreasonable how many amenities are broken and how little urgency staff have to resolve them. You'd be better off paying less elsewhere with fewer amenities and save around $500 per month. Management should care about keeping their current residents and attracting new ones, and less about money.

It feels like you are more part of your neighborhood than in an apartment complex. The complex is structured so that it surrounds courtyards that are pretty to look at and the units are located on the second story, with the car ports located underneath them on the first floor-I loved this aspect the most because there are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors! However I think I may have been lucky and been in a perfect unit because my neighbors would complain of the constant maintenance issues such as the water or gas bills that are ridiculously high. They are constantly working on the water pipes near the complex and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. There has also been many management issues. I've done some research on the complex and it's been passed around many companies, multiple times in the past 5 years. There was actually one of those company changes two months after I moved in and the new company send in a landlord who was constantly drunk on the job and was never pleasant to meet with. That landlord has since been fired and the company sent another one who seems to be pleasant to work with but the company does not fill them in on a lot of information so it is always difficult to get some answers from the leasing office. Overall, I do believe that this complex has some potential but right now it's a little messy to deal with. I, personally have had a good experience but many of my neighbors do not feel the same way.

In response to these repeated breaches of my privacy, I was compelled to file multiple police reports, including one for burglary due to the damage they caused to my door. Furthermore, I was left without an air conditioning thermostat for approximately three months and a patio door for six months. Even when my apartment flooded, causing significant property damage to my own, I recall that staff or maintenance did not respond the following day. Subsequently, I was presented with a document from Janet in the office, which essentially stated that my apartment had never flooded. She had provided me with a different description of the purpose of the document, but it ultimately amounted to requesting me to claim that my apartment had never flooded, despite the fact that it had . She had deceived me and had to sign a document that was false. that wouldn't be the first time. The situation escalated when the maintenance staff and apartment associates disregarded my property rights by accessing my belongings without my permission. . A particularly egregious incident occurred when the maintenance/staff did not offer assistance to enter my apartment after I had locked myself out. However, when they wanted to gain entry themselves, they disregarded my changed locks and essentially broke into my apartment. I recall a specific incident where I had just left my apartment and, as I was about to go leave the gate , I noticed the maintenance staff entering as I was leaving. Within a matter of minutes, they had already reached my apartment. They explained that they were looking for something and cooling and heating wires in my unit, which I understood to be related to the time of year when I did not have a thermostat. It is concerning that many of the similar instances mentioned in previous reviews that have been removed from the platform. However, there are still numerous similar reviews available. I am not the first person to have experienced these issues, and I believe it is important to raise awareness about this matter. Despite events, these individuals persist in attempting to extract an excessive amount of money from me, even though I was paying more than the amount I had initially stated. The discrepancy between what I paid and what they collected remains unclear, and I am uncertain of their intentions. Nevertheless, they are attempting to charge me an additional 15,000.

Read your contract too, if you were unaware your 60days was up then they did not properly inform you and you do not owe them that money. This is my honest review.
