I asked to see my slab and she wanted to look for countertops. The salesman was the rudest sales person I have ever encountered. He was hostile and treated me like I was an imbicile. He then got this woman to come out. She was just as rude. He acted like my slab wasn't there and he had no idea what I was talking about. I had to call my GC to verify to him that it indeed was there. The woman finally found the slab. I asked to see it and she said no and that I had to get it out of there. RUDE! Needless to say, my friend said let's go. She certainly didn't want to do business there, nor will I ever again. I am getting my slab out ASAP. These people treated us horribly. I never write reviews, but this merits one.

We went and compared prices today, 3 tile shops in one area makes that very convenient…read more They don't have a massive showroom but there are a lot of different tile, marble, Granit, stone examples and the sizes just get looked up in the computer so easy enough. We were greeted friendly and told the lady at the front desk what we were looking for so she checked prices and availability for us. The lady was only able to give us a retail price and recommended to have our builder call and get a wholesale quote. The other lady at the front noticed what we were looking for a d helped looking up if our builder has an account with them and when they found out that he did made sure that we take a sample tile to be able to show him. Very professional and friendly just like how we are used to in the south, we like to be back for sure
