The initial cleaning was $250 for a "deep clean", yet areas were left dusty, and dead leaves from plants were left in corners. After the initial "deep clean", I'm being charged $195/clean and again, things are being left that a quick clean should cover. For example, I've been staring at the same cobweb in the corner of my kitchen since November, I intentionally left a dead fly under the window in the master just to see if they would even vacuum it up, didn't happen. Twice. The frames in the downstairs bathroom only get dusted every other time, and my floors have NEVER been properly mopped, as I can still see the footprint from when I was running late and had to run inside with shoes on ... that was two cleanings ago. We also did some painting and patchwork in our bathroom the day before our last cleaning, and some of the product dripped on the floor. Said products was still on the floor after the cleaning people left. I figured it must just be stuck there, but I used a damp cloth and GENTLY wiped the mark away. There's always dust, dog hair and dog toy fuzzies left under the couch and entertainment stand as well. I unfortunately will be cancelling my services as I was told I'd get this AMAZING clean every time, and it's been lacking every single time. I hate being one to complain or say I don't like something, so I just kept paying for subpar service. The staff is extremely friendly, but the clean just isn't it. I can't justify the cost for the clean. There are other cleaning services out there that are $50-60 cheaper per week, that will do a better job.

After the work was completed, we found sections of the drainage piping left exposed above ground rather than properly buried as they were prior to the project, raising concerns about freezing and potential damage in winter. We contacted the company multiple times and provided photos. While they state they performed follow-up work and that the system is functional, we were not provided a resolution that addresses the exposed piping or returns it to its original buried condition. There is a disagreement regarding responsibility for final grading and restoration. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them to others.
