One of the highlights of our visit was getting to meet Bill. Since it was our first time here, he took the time to connect with us and made us feel genuinely welcomed. What stood out most was that this restaurant doesn't feel like they're trying to rush guests in and out. You can tell they truly care about quality, both in their food and in the experience they provide. The food was amazing, the portions were generous, and we even left with leftovers to enjoy later. To top it all off, Bill surprised us with a huge slice of carrot cake on the house, which was such a thoughtful gesture and the perfect ending to an already wonderful meal. Great food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like more than just another customer. The tangy, salty cheese from the crisp cut the fat from the tartare well. The pastas were both good. I could probably have eaten an entire serving of the Crab Tagliatelle myself, haha. The restaurant is very clean with nice decor. I loved the high ceilings that gave you a nice view of the city. There are two entrances; one from the street and one connected to the hotel lobby. There is a hostess stand at each where someone will direct you. We generally sat at the bar for the free drinks, and of course has to get apps and more while drinking. Everything we had was made fresh and good. The service was attentive most of the time...until we wanted to check out lol. Overall, it was a great experience!
