This place is about 20 minutes out of downtown Prescott, and you'll travel down an unpaved dirt road on the last leg of the journey.

We had a very informative and lengthy tour, allowing us to interact with the alpacas and ask lots of questions. We enjoyed learning about the various the practices of this farm and how they breed the various alpacas. They have done well in many shows and their fibers are top quality. It was also interesting to learn about the work of the guard dogs, why and how they protect the alpacas. We ended the tour at the gift shop and were delighted to support a local business. It was a fun experience and we hope to return again!

We took the wagon ride to the flower and pumpkin fields and they also had a corn maze! So much fun, you could pick a bouquet if you wanted. I was able to bring my yorkie with me and he had a blast. They had plenty of photo ops. I think everything was reasonably priced, the owners were very nice. There was so much to do we didn't get enough time to feed the animals! Definitely go with time. I got there two hours till close because I didn't anticipate the drive from Lexington.

Not only did they rob me of my neck and giblets and cut out a chunk of the turkey, most real farms include herbs from their garden for brining. This heritage turkey had absolutely no flavor of game to convince me it was raised wild. I have prepared and roasted goose, duck, and wild turkey for over 20 years for my family, and this farm is not authentic. They are a mass prouder that can't keep their facilities straight enough for quality control! Hello Via, Thanks for your message, I am thinking you are not finding the bag of giblets in your turkey? We use a local USDA butcher to process all of our meats, and he packages the giblets and neck from each turkey and then adds them back into the cavity. The package can be difficult to reach and you may have to try from both ends of the turkey. You will also need to wait until the turkey is completely thawed to reach the pack as it will be frozen and stuck inside. We have never encountered a situation where the neck and giblets are missing, but it is not impossible, as each turkey is handled by a person, not machines.
