And ever since then I've been really impressed with how they groom my dog! Especially for the price. I have seen the older reviews online, so it made me kind of hesitant to board them for 7 days last week, but since they all seem really nice and they do a good job grooming, I gave them a shot. And I wasn't let down! They gave my dogs medications as directed, and you can call and check up on your pups anytime you want! You can also have daily playtime in a big yard for them which is nice. I picked both my dogs up freshly bathed and ready to go. The only thing I wish they would do is be involved in posting pictures on social media more often!

Angela (owner) had a cancellation the next day and was able to take one of them. She booked the other two for the next week. Very happy it was so quick!! I took one in the next day. Dropped her off at 8:00 & picked her up at 11:30. She looked absolutely adorable!! Angela did an excellent job & got what I wanted with her "puppy" cut. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to get the other two in. They were done by someone else (can't remember her name), but also cut & groomed exactly how I like them! My husband called to schedule a grooming appointment for our 6 month old kitten. The lady that…read morehelped him over the phone confirmed Monday at 11am. When we arrived we were ignored for a while since all of the employees were grooming dogs with headphones on. At some point a man came out and helped us out but it was hard to hear each other over the very loud noise inside. He clearly saw our cat and seemed very confused while he was looking for our appointment but still had us sign the waiver and took our kitty to the back. He told us it would be 2 hours for the grooming which we didn't mind. About 10 minutes later we get a call from a woman at Premier Paws saying that they only groom cats on the first Saturday of the month and we'd have to come back to get our kitten. She then asks if we scheduled our appointment online and we told her no, we actually spoke to an employee who scheduled us for that Monday at 11am. Very confused on what happened with the scheduling and why the gentleman that checked us in didn't say anything about them not grooming cats that day. He seemed like he didn't know what he was doing at all and appeared like he just woke up from a nap so that should have been the first red flag. All they could say is that we "missed" the cat grooming day since it had only been a couple days prior. Well shoot, might have been nice to know when we called to schedule an appointment for our kitten. My husband even confirmed he told them first thing we had a cat, not a dog. Will not be returning here. After reading all of the other low star reviews I'm happy we didn't go through with their services. The owner/manager appears to give passive aggressive responses to anyone giving a low rating also. So we'll see what her excuse is for our poor experience.

The office is clean and conveniently located in Brentwood. The staff is friendly and caring. They do not nickel and dime you and push for excessive treatment and procedures. We have had to go through the worst time in a couple of our pets' lives -- the end -- and they treated the affair with respect and dignity and love.
