Yes. At first I thought there was only a main room with crafting items, miscellaneous new stuff, home decor, movies, and electronics and a room with clothes and accessories but I saw a couple coming out of a side door. If you go through it, there is another huge room filled with furniture, books, crafts, and tools. Interesting find in the front room, a pair of signed ballet shoes but I couldn't make out the signature. I ended up purchasing a brand new Alex wooden dragon castle set for my students for $10. It is going for $40 at Walmart right now. If you are into crafts they have tons of crafting items. This thrift store is for anyone who likes to hunt and doesn't mind if they have to dig around. I am pleased with what I purchased so it was a win for me. I'll probably be back to raid their craft bins.

Their items are always super cute and fashionable. The one thing is the old location would have more sales, I feel like and wider variety of clothes. Now it seems to be all higher end fashion, which is great and I'm sure that's what they were going for to begin with. I have come here a couple times to find beautiful dresses for weddings and I actually found one that I love this time for a wedding I have over the summer. The workers are always so kind. On Northwood Road there is a hub of fantastic places to eat and artistic places to shop. Free street parking is available and there is an overflow parking lot at the end of the street. Owned by Tim and his wife Inge, their store is like walking into Etsy. Actually they do have an Etsy shop. Their wares are composed of vintage home goods, furniture, accessories, jewelry, and hand made upcycled treasures like little glass planters you can hang and license plate art. They like to reuse what they can and turn it into something interesting rather than add to the landfill. During my visit Stone Button was participating in a Bahama relief drive as were the other shops in Northwood. They created really cute license plate art from cut up plates that read Bahamas. Outside is their salvage yard with over sized letters. This is the perfect shop to find that one of a kind gift. I left with a small china box that matches my grandmother's china. At only $10 I was pleased to find it. If you adore the vintage vibe like I do you will want to pay a visit to this charming shop.

The store is small inside but packed with clothes, accessories, perfume and cologne, and a few home goods. They had a nice selection of purses. Items were both new in package and used. For instance I saw new bedsheets and comforters, some clothes still with tags, and children's shoes. Outside they have a few books, artificial floral arrangements and plants, appliances, and other large items including a bicycle. The store is operated by a family and the kids were playing while the adults sat outside. I am more of a vintage shopper so the items here weren't really my taste but I would stop by if you needed inexpensive clothes and shoes or perhaps something for a residence starting out.

They have a bit of everything -- household and kitchen goods; clothing; knick knacks and bric a brac; shoes and purses; books and bicycles. Some items are new in their packages -- like the colognes and the sheet sets. It's family owned and operated. They were quite nice. Prices are very reasonable.

I was in the area on a Saturday afternoon so I took advantage to visit an area I am in love with. This was the first time I noticed the Day by Day Shoppe and the inviting outside made me want to peek in. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Will who it turns out is quite an artist. The store specializes in a mixture of new and used items. It has a vintage vibe that I adore. Will wants to upcycle and encourage people to find a creative new life for items they might otherwise throw away. From used items he creates amazing one of a kind pieces. I ended up purchasing a flower feeder for my garden made from a plate and a vase. I am going to lay bird food on it or fruit for the butterflies. I also bought a darling butterfly girl to hang in the tree above my butterfly garden. My new finds inspired me to go out and finally weed the area. In addition to wonderful accents for your garden, the shop has all kinds of home decor and accessories at very reasonable prices. Items range from just a few dollars to several hundred. I love Will's eye for design. Pot holders and dish towels for your kitchen, jewelry, glassware, china, bags, and tiny hanging gardens for your windows were just some of the items I coveted. I will definitely be back to do some holiday shopping this year. I also have my eye on a certain light fixture that Will created. Another reason to visit the store in addition to the one of a kind items is that Northwood is having a special event to help the Bahamas. The merchants in the area are collecting supplies and donating money to provide relief to the Bahamas. 10 percent of my purchase went to help support the Bahamas. So buy cool things and do good at the same time by shopping Northwood this weekend.

The owner has been incredibly helpful every time we've visited, you can tell this store is a real passion of his. He's helped us carry furniture out to the car and given us great deals on pieces, excellent customer service all around. VFW Post 2007 in West Palm Beach is open to any veteran who served honorably and is looking for a place to connect and belong. While exploring near the railroad tracks in West Palm Beach, I stumbled upon the VFW Thrift Store. It's a bit tucked away, with only a small sign out front, but don't let that fool you--inside is a treasure trove of antiques, vintage pieces, furniture, and collectibles. I spotted a collectible replica of a Knights Templar Sugarloaf helmet, a Tiffany-style dragonfly table lamp, Rococo-style parlor chairs, a porcelain bloom table decoration, and a Fitz and Floyd Cinderella and Prince Charming cookie jar. And that was just the tip of the iceberg! Prices seemed reasonable and in line with what I was willing to pay. The store may be off the beaten path, but it's well worth seeking out for anyone who enjoys browsing unique and interesting finds.
