This is one of the largest Goodwill locations in the area, but based on my experience I would only recommend shopping right when they open. On three separate Friday's around 1 PM, I've watched associates remove the "color of the week" clothing from the racks and place it onto an Z-rack. When customers try to look through those items, they are told not to take anything off the rack. I asked an associate why the color of the week was being pulled while customers were still shopping. I was told they needed the hangers and that the sale color was ending the next day or so anyway. If that's the store's policy, it seems misleading to advertise a weekly color discount while actively removing those items from the floor before the week is over. Shoppers who come later in the day are essentially being denied access to the same sale items others had earlier. Management may want to look into this practice, because it creates a frustrating and inconsistent experience for customers. read more

This place has a huge selection of used clothes at reasonable prices - much lower than you would pay new. In addition, they often have name-brand clothes in like-new condition that would be prohibitively expensive to buy for people with modest net-worth. There's also random stuff like books, housewares, and sporting goods. The only thing that was a little frustrating, was that there were a row of dressing rooms, but only one was operational with staff saying they don't have keys for the others. If you are afraid to shop at Goodwill - don't be. Your purchases help the organization and it's hip - there were older teenagers shopping for themselves while I was there. read more

Junky, no good stuff in the regular area. Too much SHEIN. The better things are kept behind glass and overpriced. They can't differentiate between dupes and imitation and price fakes highly. read more

Not one of the better Goodwill locations. Minimal aisles of housewares, games and decor, but the usual large amount of clothing.

We didn't spend very long inside, but it's nice to know they are open in this location. I didn't know there was a Goodwill store here. There's plenty of parking out front. We were in the same strip to go to a nearby restaurant and saw their signage. Inside is brightly lit and organized. The store is quite large. There are a lot of clothing racks. The clothes are separated by categories. Everything is hung neatly. The bric a brac in the back of the store is widely spaced on the shelves. You can easily see the various items instead of everything being stacked and jumbled together -- a nice change from most other similar stores. There were several people working to keep everything neat and put everything back in its place when we were there. I didn't find anything to buy this time, but I'm sure I'll be back in the future when I have more time to browse. read more

They are really starting to be outrageous with pricing. That fact that they get all of it for free and still price the name brand items significantly higher. They price shein clothes at the $5.99 price when really it should be more like .99c. They take the time to price name brand items higher then they should price the cheap clothes accordingly as well. They will sell stuff that clearly should be in the trash. They need better organization in that aspect. I love to thrift but the way they are starting to do business is a turn off. Not yo mention they are getting rid of the Goodwill membership as of Oct. read more

Really organized! It would be helpful to have clothing organized by size but it is fun to find other things too. Pretty great selection on home goods and furniture too. Shoes aren't too organized but they are not hard to look through either. I found pretty great items at great prices but a lot of the great finds were so damaged that the low prices were barely worth it. All in all it's not a bad location and it seems they are trying to stay organized! read more

Well organized, well lit Goodwill store. The clothes section has items arranged by gender and color like men's short sleeved shirts or women's blue jeans. Everything is neatly hung on hangers. The center of the store features housewares and Knick knacks stacked on shelves. Appliances and furniture are displayed near the back of the store. There is a large check out area near the front of the store. Check out is quick as there is usually two cashiers on duty. I joined the Family and Friends program a few weeks ago. For $25, you get a 25% discount on all purchases for a year. This weekend, Family and Friends members received an additional 25% discount on top of their 25% discount. I got 4 pairs of pants, a Trivial Pursuit game, and a large bag of toy cars for my Sunday school class for only $16! read more

After a failed attempt today to go to the Rapids with my daughter which was closed due to tropical storm Emily, we were left puttering around Palm Beach. I happened to pass this Goodwill and on a whim decided to stop and treasure hunt. I love Goodwill. Both shopping there and donating to them. Goodwill supports the community by providing jobs for people with disabilities. Seldom do I purchase something but the fun is in the browsing and if you find something you want the price is right. It's like rummaging around your Grandma's attic. I was pleasantly surprised by this Goodwill. First off it is huge. There is a large selection of clothes, furniture, bric-a-brac, shoes, handbags, accessories, wall art, toys, books, and electronics. The other surprise was how neat and organized everything was. This was probably the best organized Goodwill that I have ever been in. Who ever does the displays has a real artistic flair. Glassware was separated by color making for a lovely display. This location was a lot nicer than the one near my home. If I lived in the area I would be a regular visitor. read more

The way in which prices for junk items have risen is horrible, it is already cheaper to go buy at Walmart, I no longer see the intention of coming to these stores to buy something nice at a good price, I predict a very close bankruptcy, other donation houses have much better prices up to 50% difference with them, very sad situation. read more

The selection is good and I really wish I could give better ratings but I can't. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU PAY!! I only brought 3 items to the counter to buy but got rang up for 4 items. It would be no big deal if it was $2 or $3 but it was a $7 shirt that was rung up twice. I don't even live here so I can't even get a refund if I bring it back. I tried calling the store and it won't even let me leave a voicemail to speak to manager to try and sort it out. The older man working, I'm assuming a manager, said that the fitting rooms were closed because people were leaving clothes in there. I get that's annoying and no one should do that but you should be able to try on clothes especially when you can't return them AND the prices are outrageous for clothes that they get for free. I don't plan on coming back next time I visit. read more

When I tell you that Palm Beach County has the best goodwill stores I truly mean it. I have found some of the most amazing deals and had some of the best customer service. This is my favorite location by far as I am always greeted at the front door and the staff is always more than willing to help load anything that I purchased into my vehicle. Frank in the back of the store not only cheerfully greeted me to take my donations and thanked me for donating to Goodwill. But also when I came back and bought heavy furniture he carefully loaded it onto my car. I truly love the team here at this Goodwill and I certainly love all the goodwill stores in Palm Beach County. read more

The stuff is good but the employees on the other hand. Specifically the old lady with the mild accent and short white hair working at the register is horrible. The time online states that they close at 9:30 so I came in there around 7:45. Turns out they close at 8. But I already got what I needed and was waiting in the check out line. I was looking at the books while waiting with my siblings to be next in line and this lady just starts yelling at us and pointing at her employee and I quote "are these kids playing around, are they dumb" and started yelling at me and my younger siblings. Mind you, she gave me an earful for how stupid my little sisters and I was because I didn't her her. She then scanned my items in anger. I never gave her attitude or anything but to think that something small like that triggered her shows how bad of an employee she is. She talked to me like I couldn't understand english. She then kept talking trash about us (LOUDLY TO OUR FACES I KID YOU NOT) and the people who I do think we're a little inconsiderate that we're still shopping from afar, but she made sure to let everyone hear that she was going to "close the lights on them and lock them in" once 8:00 hits. I know how the closing shift works. But in the end of the day, you don't get to act like an asshole. During the pandemic there's people out there with no jobs, and is grateful to have any sort of job. She's miserable and could not care less to be there. read more
