Service from this guy was terrible , he behaved as if he hated his job , it is only midnight & they were out of half of the appetizer items & drinks. The bathroom was "closed" so he said . When my food was done & I went back inside to get it , I walked up to the counter , he was smokin a vape & walked up did not say a word , I said my name & he turned around grabbed my bag brought it to the counter that I was at & didn't say a word , not a you're welcome , thank you for eating here , have a nice night , nothing , just turned around & continued to smoke his vape & have a conversation with someone , I'm not sure if he was on the phone or talking to someone in the back. The burgers are extremely underwhelming. Dry and honestly McDonald's across the street does a better burger. Nothing like the advertisements you see on social media hyping this place up. It's located in a tight corner and the customer service couldn't be worse tbh. When you hear the cook in the back laughing up your name and barking like a dog? Yea pass. The dining area is ok. Looks like they attempted to renovate a dealership or something, and it's very mid. They have a prayer or something super loud playing in the restaurant which can make conversations hard to hear. All in all I would never return to this place and for those reviews that are posted online? Yall either lying through your teeth. They have so many options to choose from we stood for a bout 5 minutes before we decided what we wanted. It's a small chic restaurant with a few booths and tables. You walk up to the counter and order and if dining in they usually bring the food out to you. I order the bbq bacon burger with H&P fries which is their sauce mixed with cheese and jalapeños. The burger was so good and very fulfilling. I wish the jalepenos were in the side but they added a nice kick to the fries especially with the H&P sauce. read more

I ordered through DoorDash from here today and yesterday. Both times they left out half my food. They don't even seal the bag which is literally so sketchy. Today, I ordered 4 entrees and sides and they literally only sent 2 things. I had to call multiple times to speak to someone then they say I can come pick it up. Absolutely love these upcoming young guys started the business and has been amazing, they are great people the food amazing pricing are reasonable and they are local and the best part THEY ARE OPEN LATE TILL 3 am!!! My niece found hot & puff on IG and wanted to give them a try. We went on Sunday afternoon and were immediately told they were only offering carry out. We had planned to eat there but had to change our plans. We asked a few questions about the menu and the cashier was very helpful. My niece ordered the mild Nashville chicken sandwich with an Oreo milkshake. I ordered the chicken over rice with no jalapeños and onion rings. We were told it would be a 10-15 min wait. About 5 mins after placing our order the cashier came to say they were out of ice cream but he could go buy some from the gas station if my niece wanted the milkshake. She changed to a regular soft drink. The onion rings were $5.99 I believe and there were exactly 6 small onion rings in the box. My chicken over rice was a large portion but it's very spicy, even without the jalapeños. My niece said her sandwich was spicy even though it was supposed to be mild. She also said the chicken breast was about 1/2 the size of the bun. We agreed that we won't be back. read more

Imagine with me that you call and order your food and repeat more than a thousand times until your order is correct, then you ask how long and they answer you after 10 minutes, then you arrive after 15 minutes and the restaurant is empty, then you wait 20 minutes and the food comes out after waiting, then you go home to eat and find that your food is wrong, then you call customer service to tell them about the mistake and they answer you rudely, so you answer respectfully and ask about the manager and he says rudely, I am the manager, a disaster in this restaurant, no customer service or anything, you will go to them and come back disappointed, they take pictures and advertise something and the reality is horrific and very bad. I went to them more than a year ago and it was the same problem, but the first time I gave them a chance, I said to myself this happens sometimes, I came back today and it was worse than before, my advice is not to waste your time and money in this restaurant, if you do not believe me, visit them or you can read more about them from someone else. read more

I ordered the hot chicken sandwich and it was a solid sandwich but #5 was a solid 5/10. I was planning to dine in but all the tables were dirty had to ask for someone to wipe the table down. The food was great I ordered the Dynamite shrimp and the Nashville chicken sandwich the food was a 8/10 the only thing that turned me off were the employees. They literally started play fighting and wrestling right in the middle of the restaurant. You could hear them playing around and joking in the kitchen dropping the N word with the HARD R multiple times it left a bad taste in my mouth. The food is good I would just suggest hiring new employees. Professionalism 0/10.
