I've been off/on at this shop for three years now. Today is my last day. Anna never showed up for our appointment last time, and the associate that helped me adamantly told me they didn't have glitter I knew they had. After some back and forth it worked out fine. Today, Anna shows up ten minutes late, and I informed the associate who arrived on time id check back in ten and see if she was ready. I walk back in at 10:12, Anna has someone else in her chair, and tells me someone else will do my nails. I didn't book someone else, and I showed up on time, she didn't. I got serviced and the other girl did a fabulous job on a more simple design, and assured me she kept her own tips. At checkout, I was charged $48 for a refill basic color and one nail replacement (given a manicure that I didn't ask for or approve an extra charge), when the online booking said it would be $35 for no add ons. I was frustrated but still tipped $12 because I knew it wasn't the girl who did my nails. She then proceeded to just throw the money in a shared jar anyway. Anna if you check these, this is not how you run a business and retain quality well tipping clients. I'll be taking my business over to Bella nails for now on. read more

Just left there after not comming for a while !!! They make up their own prices . One days it's 35 another it's 45 . I was rushed out because an other lady I guess was more of a regular customer . She literally said let my do her nails fast .It's a bad feeling leaving a place with a thought that your were lied to and upsold . They cut into their tips that way . I guess that a sure way to make sure they are tipped??? Go elsewhere . read more

I really hesitated writing this review, but felt compelled because I wanted to share my experience with others. I requested and received a french gel manicure and pedicure , total price 89.00 plus a 20.00 tip. Five days later my nails are peeling. I returned explained what happened and received no apologies or to redo my nails at no cost or at a reduce cost. I requested to have the gel polish removed and had a manicure for 25.00 dollars plus 5.00 tip. less than three days, my polish was chipping. The entire time I was there the staff were talking and laughing in their native language, ambivalent that the perception that I and other felt ignored and were receiving substandard service. I will not patronize this establishment again. I value my dollars and expect better treatment and service. read more

I went back to hot nails a second time because my first experience was great. Anna did my pedicure the first time and it was literally PERFECT (and I'm very picky so that says a lot). My regular nail tech of years moved back to her country so it was so refreshing to find Anna. I tipped her $15 that day so she would remember me because I knew I would be back to see her again and again. Fast forward to today when I go back in to get my pedicure and Anna is at the check in. I ASKED if she was available because I only wanted her. She said YES! I told her I was just going next door to grab a slice of pizza and would be right back in 10 min. She said she would get my water ready. I come back right away and she's sitting with someone putting a clear coat on their nails and tells me she will be right with me once she's done and that someone else is going to get my pedicure started. I'm getting my pedicure and WAITING for Anna. She gets done the nails she was doing and walks by me twice only to go get on her phone behind the check in desk. At this point the lady doing me feet decides to start ROUNDING my square toe nails. I say nothing and just WAIT for Anna to fix it. Instead of sitting down and doing my pedicure she THEN sits next to the station I'm at and starts to do someone else's pedicure. At that point I was DONE. Rinsed my feet off and left while Annie FINALLY decides she now wants to assist me with doing my pedicure. End result, I left and will never go back. BEWARE! I went four times for pedicures and had a different tech each time. I was happy with the results the first three times if not with the cost. When they removed the polish at the second visit, I saw that all my toenails were white. My vision isn't as good as it once was and I couldn't see them well but I didn't worry about it. Between my third and fourth visits, I saw something on one of my nails but couldn't really focus on it clearly. At my fourth visit, yesterday, the tech just ignored it and was ready to polish. I asked her what it was and I couldn't understand her reply except "that not good" as she lifted pieces of my nail off and polished over it!! I did see that the nails of the woman next to me were also all white. (This never happened to me before.) When I got home and got a little better look at them, I realized none of the nails is smooth and they look like a child polished them. Now I have to go elsewhere and pay for a second pedicure in a week and hope there's nothing serious going on with my nails. Never again! read more

This place is CRAZY. Got my brows done, after she is totally done waxing, she's like combing my brows she states "I gave you a new shape" This ended up meaning half of my eye brow was GONE. She also tried to tell me that silver would look better for my gold design that matched a dress! After I finally got her on board to do the color I wanted- they looked awful! The manager came over& showed her what I was looking for (he stopped waiting on his current customer!) She did a bad job& smacked my hand each time to put it in the light. I felt like I should have been paid for this experience. I will NEVER be back. read more

Not sure how they still operate. This business needs to be reported to the BBB and investigated. The nail techs do not show you their licenses by request. They do not disinfect their equipment properly. Go at your own risk. read more

first time here and Nina did an amazing with my pedicure & my gel manicure! And it was only $38 i believe they are havin a special! they had alot of colors to pick from! & i can not wait to go back in two weeks! I had to update this review NiNA & Mary are amazing nail techs but the older older lady not so much she dodnt care she rushed n on my pedicure like i should of just painted my toenails my self....she didnt even file my toenails it was a horrible experiance and i will not be going back Also i notice that its not very clean read more

Never disappointed going to this hidden gem. It is clean and if you want 3 coats of gell polish, you will get 3 coats! Ive been going here for the past 6 years and I just love the fact that the girls will hold conversations even if their English isn't perfect. i went to get a full set and the colors and designs are completely different then what i showed them. all of the nails are crooked and the pinkey nail is overlapping my ring finger. i went back and asked them to fix it and i was not seated, instead they shaved it down. now it is more crooked and smaller than the rest. all of the nails are different sizes and they are much smaller than i asked. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for the last 5 years, I've never had any problems with the cleanliness these girls do keep it very clean I have watched them disinfect the foot baths after every customer. As for the nails I get acrylics and maintain every 2 weeks, I do love this salon they are friendly I've never had any infection if they nik me they always put alcohol on it. It's a shame to see people bashing this place they are so reasonable have a huge selection and I have never had any problems here, I actually have my whole family coming here now, my mom my aunts even my grandma! read more

This place is dirty and very slow. The fumes are ridiculous. Waited an hour and watched people come in and ask for the wait time then make an appointment. I'd imagine appointments should be made in advance, not to skirt the wait. I'd have given no stars if I could. read more

I recently brought my girlfriend to get her pedicure and manicure done here. The woman that was taking care of her and doing her nails yelled at my girlfriend for picking up a bottle of nail polish that was sitting on the counter. She screamed at my girlfriend for no reason. The worst part is how DIRTY this place was. My girlfriend just returned from her doctors and she contracted a foot fungus and the doctor said it came from the nail place. 6 weeks of antibiotics now because of this dump.
