Delish! Their tom yom broth was one of the best I've ever had. Servers were quick and attentive with meat, and the self serve hot bar shelves were very convenient. One of the best hot pot spots I've been to.

Finally a hot pot spot in FoCo! And it was awesome! There's tons of choices for broth, veggies, noodles, seafood, meats, sauces, and drinks. The restaurant is clean with a modern aesthetic. The service is great! The staff were attentive and provided great recommendations. I got the Tom Yum broth which seemed to be the staff's top pick, too. The broth was flavorful and paired well with all of my veggies, meat, and extras. My friend got the beef broth and it lived up to its name; Definitely beefy I tried the ribeye and the pork belly which were great although I definitely preferred the ribeye. The kimchi was fresh and flavorful. I'm excited to go back and try other options!

Dinner for 4 on a Saturday Eve this place were happening and were pretty busy at 5 pm. Abundance of choices and with 5 $ more you can have Bbq and hot pot options. Service are super friendly and quick . They explained it well on protein choices they bring we had ribs, lamb, steak and thin slices of meats. Seafood options were impeccable I got beef bone broth for my soup which is perfect as there are plenty of add on sauces you can found on hot pot tables. They got mussels, white fish, shrimp, crab various of dumplings, and noodles. Everything is excellent we had a great time and did not feel rushed at all . Very well recommended is a must !! By the time we left the line was out the door.

Wow! You need to go that's all I'm saying, individual burners for your own hot pot so many different broths so delicious and then on a array of ingredients to add, it was mind-boggling seriously add on the grill feature, and you get to cook your own meat in the center of the table again besides the extras are unbelievable! No alcohol is served but the freshness of the ingredients and the delicious deliciousness of the broth, and the variety of meat to add to the grill and to your own hot pot is unbelievable!

I've been to Hot Pot Spot about eight times now, and I can confidently say it's absolutely worth the price. It's the most affordable KBBQ in the area and the only restaurant that offers hot pot as well. The staff, especially the owners, are always welcoming. It's become my partner's and my favorite spot to eat, whether we're dressed up for a night out or just in sweats for a casual meal. The meat is high quality, the vegetables are always fresh, and the whole place is spotless. You'll have to lock me up to keep me away.

So happy there is a really solid hot pot spot X kbbq spot in one of! Excellent for big backs and aspiring big backs. PS if you have never been to hot pot I would try out sauces and oils you're used 2 with a simple broth and mix em all together!! Be ready to order unlimited eats!! Also it's called all you can eat for a reason, so definitely fill up! Def pricey but a super fun and yummy occasion to go once or twice a month

Food was delicious, didn't like the option that the whole party had to do both options if that was what was wanted. A little pricey for us doing most of the work. Lots of veggie, meat, sauce options. In a very nice area of downtown. Service was good and attentive.

It is good and fun. But it is only one price "all you can eat" and you cannot take home your leftovers (even if you didn't over order). It is $35 (or 37) for all you can eat so for me I don't come close to getting my money's worth. The broth was good, but I needed to add a fair amount of seasoning to it as did my friends, and she got a different kind of broth. A couple of suggestions, small bowls or containers for the sauce that they have out in the self-serve area and I would like to see different pricing levels. etc. the factors of it being so expensive for the amount of food I eat, and that it is wasteful will keep me from going back.

We ordered it to try something new, but didn't care for the pineapple pieces in the soup. Service is always great regardless of whether you're getting food to go or dining in. From the moment we walked in - I'm recovering from recent shoulder surgery and dressing isn't easy so I didn't look my best - I discreetly asked the hostess if it was ok for me to come in looking kinda grungy and she sweetly told me I looked cute. Then a very friendly young man led us to our table. The place was packed, there were a lot of families with children as well as older folks like my hubby and me. Our waiter was also very friendly. Hubby and I usually each order soup, then we order 2 appetizers and one entree to split when we go to Asian restaurants. We ordered the same here. The egg drop soup was heartier than we expected, it had corn and little bit of chicken in it. It was delicious. Our appetizers, spring rolls and wrapped shrimp, were delicious and they were served on beds of noodles with sliced carrots and cucumbers around the edges of the plates. We had to ask our waiter for carry out containers before our entree even arrived. Our entree, pork with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and oyster sauce was delicious....just like everything else was. And since we ordered too much we had enough left over for dinner the following night. Hubby and I usually go for Thai or Japanese when we're in the mood for Asian cuisine and we have our favorite spots in FoCo for those (I prefer Thai, he prefers Japanese). We now have our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The food was great and the service was very friendly!

My friend comes in here a lot as he lives nearby, is Chinese, and knows the owner. We had tried a viral noodle spot in Denver the night before that was twice the price and half the flavor. Beijing noodle really hit the mark! There is a row of parking outside, and we had no problem finding a spot on a Saturday afternoon. We saw in a cozy booth, and the owner himself takes care of the customers. Everything feels so authentic. I started with a hot tea, which really hit the spot and the potato salad, which had the perfect amount of flavor, balance, and not too much soy sauce like in some places. We also tried the cabbage, the scallion pancake, the oil spill noodles, and the Henan gravy noodles. You really can't go wrong, they were some of the best I've ever had, my only desire was that they would put more meat on the noodle dishes. The tiny chunks were so scarce and left me wanting more in every bite. I would have also loved more scallions in the scallion pancake. But it was perfect to dip in the noodle oil and really soak up that flavor and juiciness. Everything was divine, the prices cannot be beat, the ambience feels clean and genuine, and there's nothing better than the feeling of supporting a local family business. I could also see that they have received many awards on recognitions from Yelp and other publications celebrating their food and longstanding presence in Colorado. Can't wait to come back, maybe next time I'll ask for double meat

The noodle dishes at Beijing Noodle have been solid in the past. Unfortunately, the soups were really bad. My husband ordered the beef and broccoli soup and I ordered the wonton soup with noodles. Both broths were extremely watered down and completely lacked flavor. Mine tasted like pork water with seaweed. We kept taking a few bites hoping the flavor would show up, but it never did. Neither of us finished our bowls - we each had a small serving and threw the rest away. For about $40 for two soups and potato pancakes, it was a pretty disappointing meal. My takeaway: stick with the noodles here and skip the soup.

I enjoyed the serene spa-like music they played while gazing outside at the rains. Just a few minutes later, they brought out the bowl of soup which had steam rising from the top. It was perfectly spiced with generous pieces of tender chicken, and a nice kick of spice. Drinks were on point, and the little details in the atmosphere (lighting, ambiance, layout) made it feel special. For food, we kept it simple but tasty: fries and their edamame bowl with cocktails. Both hit the mark -- the fries were crisp and fun, and the edamame bowl was a smart choice for a lighter, shareable app. We didn't get sushi this visit (so I can't weigh in on that), but for what we had the experience was solid. The patio upstairs is a standout: great for a friend date or casual hang, especially if you're looking for something more upbeat. Service for us was attentive and friendly, which added to the good vibes. If I were to suggest one improvement: I'd like to try more of the main menu next time (especially sushi or a full entree) to get a full sense of what they offer. But for now, I'd absolutely recommend this place for drinks + apps with friends in Fort Collins. We'll be back.
