This place is amazing. The only not so bad thing is that it's not kid friendly. But other than that it's a great date night spot, celebratory spot. The food is great, all you can eat, a really good selection of meat to choose from. A great selection of broths and a good selection of vegetables and seafood also. If it's busy then you'll only have 1H 30m to eat your food but if it's a slow day/night the time doesn't really matter. Tomato base was good, spicy broth is not very spicy, and chicken broth is a clear soup. Meat cane in these bento boxes nicely served, cuts very nice. Some of the best hot pot that I've had! I came here on a Friday during their lunch hours. It wasn't busy and it was really spacious inside. I'll have to try the KBBQ sometime, but I only did hot pot this time. It was $27.99 for lunch. Here, you order the broth and meat and you get your noodles/veggies/etc and sauce from a bar/station. I like being able to choose how many veggies I get instead of that being decided for me. They even had seafood. Everything looked pretty fresh and the meat looked fresh as well. At a lot of hot pot places you can tell that they just keep the meat frozen, which definitely is not the case here. (At least I don't think so. I got the pork belly and fatty meat, both were so good. The overall environment was very clean, well organized, and spacious. My server Annie was awesome! Very attentive and not too overbearing. Yay! Hot pot in Fort Collins! I can't wait to come for a visit on a snowy, winter Colorado day! The fresh and abundance of veggies, meat, condiments, and don't forget kimchi and cucumber kimchi!, were all on point. Everything was tidy and labeled at the self serve area, which added to the ease of our visit. For seafood'ies, the variety, quality, and price (all you can eat!) of the seafood was excellent. I was curious if I'd feel concerned about any food safety practices like keeping food at temperature in a buffet area, but they did such a great job that those precautionary thoughts were long gone within moments walking into the establishment, especially as I built up my bowl of deliciousness. The lotus root, taro, bok choy, watercress, and mushrooms were just a few of the highlights. The customer service was welcoming and incredibly kind. I really felt like they wanted us to feel comfortable and enjoy our meal, especially as two newcomers. When we arrived the dining room and self serve area (veggies, seafood, and galore) were sparkling clean, and they had enough servers to make sure the space was kept clean- and to kindly check in on us several times during our visit. I appreciated all the care and hospitality! The dining room is well lit with plenty of natural light coming through despite it being an overcast day. I always like hot pot, but appreciated they have some different flavors on the broth. I feel the addition of the BBQ adds so much. I do the meat on the "grill" and use the pot for my vegetable. The selection is very good and appreciate that you can go up and select what you want and in quantities that fit your needs. I love bok choi and cabbage, but less on cabbage so I can customize my portions. I feel it also leads to less waste since i can control it. The sauce selection was very good if not standard. I do a mix for my own taste and ended up getting more. The kimchee and cucumber km chee were simply outstanding and love it. I wish they had dessert as some have, but really the price was very good, the staff superb and just made you feel at home. This is a home run and look forward to eating there again read more

I love that the broth is individual so everyone can choose their own ingredients - I am gluten free, and was able to get quick clarification from staff on which broths I could eat (all but a few of them are GF). It's easy to avoid ingredients with gluten from the all you can eat ingredient section, too. Okay so this was an experience. They provide the broth in a hoot at you table which as a small cook top for your pot and a center cook top for your BBQ cooking if you choose both. They bring you the meat and you place it in the hot pot along with adding veggies and noodles. Just caution in amount of stuff you place in the pot as We got too much snd had to cook things separately. We didn't know it was all you can eat so we really didn't have to get everything at once. Our bad. The experience was great. The cost was a little high but it was all you can eat no matter how much you eat. I added a spice ball on the side and glad I didn't get it in the broth. That stuff was spicy but very flavorful; however, if it was included in the broth it might have been to spicy for me. The staff was on top of it in customer service. Very friendly.
