Company contacted me twice to confirm delivery time for "white glove" delivery and installation of bed with removal of old bed. They showed up 1 1/2 hours before start of delivery window. Fortunately someone was home. Then they refused to do anymore than leave mattress and frame in garage. Told them to take it back if they weren't going to install. Several calls to their boss, mattress shop and they agreed to bring upstairs. They had no tools and only one person. And they slashed the mattress when removing it from container. Excuses included they were running late, wife sleeping in truck, install and removal weren't included. read more

This BY FAR the worst company EVER. Home Depot hired another company who the hired these clowns to pick up a defective product. The window was 8-12. At 12, I am told I would get a call in 5 mins. 2:30 comes and goes and told the same. 4:00 - told the driver will call. This place then closes at 5. I then speak to after-hours, who then tell me that the driver (who has been MIA all day) is in East fu#kin Texas!! Really!!?? Oh - the driver left his phone in the truck all day. There's no option for 0 stars! I called this company on Tuesday 9/7 to schedule delivery of my adjustable bed for Thursday 9/9 and agreed to receive delivery between 11:00-3:00. On Wednesday, 9/8 I confirmed delivery of my adjustable bed for Thursday 9/9 between 11:00-3:00. Late Wednesday I was sent a text informing me delivery would be between 9:00-1:00 instead. I called immediately upon seeing the text and informed dispatcher I had a prior appt and wouldn't be home to receive the delivery until 11:00 AM. Dispatcher refused to accommodate my schedule and deliver after 11:00. I then agreed to receive my delivery on Friday between 11:00-3:00. I was notified 5 minutes after that call that my bed had been lost and a dock search was initiated. The person who called me said she'd call me and let me know when the bed was found. I heard nothing from them by text or phone. I was told today upon my calling them, that my bed had been found and they had texted and called on Thursday. After searching through texts and calls, I informed the person I was speaking with on Friday at 10:15 that I had received no contact from them on Thursday after being informed the bed had been lost despite their record saying they had. They lied. Upon calling them Friday morning to find out whether the bed had been found, I was informed the earliest the bed could be delivered was the following week on Tuesday as they didn't have two people to make the delivery until then. I have never, ever been the victim of such incompetence or poor customer service. And I have no acceptable solution and no recourse at this time. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company. I hope and pray that when they finally deliver, they don't damage the bed. read more

They showed up to our house without the product on their truck. Told us it would be delivered the next day a Wednesday. No show. We call and told Saturday if not Tuesday for sure. No show again. Called several times and get the run around. I plan to call Lowe's in the morning. happy to let them know what a poor 3rd party they hired to make deliveries on their behalf. And represent their company. Called this morning Friday and was told by 4 pm. Still no show and tried to call and no answer. Told Monday they would be here today, Tuesday the 7/21/20. Received a BS call something happened and they couldn't make it. Why do you choose not to deliver a product that has already been paid for. Again, told 1-5 today and no show. Talked with the "GM"Barry and He confirmed it's there at their facility and has been there at their facility. Took my number and promised a call back that was three hours ago. read more

"Unparalleled timely deliveries"!? NOPE!This company deserves 0 stars. I have had the most frustrating experience with these people. Today is June 26th. Since June 11, Hot Shits have had my parcel and not delivered it. You can't seem to call these guys, as it goes to voicemail. Do they ever call back? NOPE! Through a third party shipping affiliate, we finally managed to connect with someone and set up an appointment for delivery, today between 1-5. Did they deliver? NOPE! I've had a headboard that was supposed to be delivered end of October. After 2 months of no one giving me a straight answer, I decided to cancel it for a refund. Miraculously the very day I was to do this, the headboard was found in the warehouse! I was then told I'd have to wait a week for this company to deliver it. I moved around an appt. to accommodate their 9-1:00 P.M. window, except it is now 3:00, I am on hold after getting two calls going to VM. It seems no one gives a *%&$ about their customers or how inconveniencing it is to sit and wait for something without the courtesy of a phone call back. After reading these reviews, you'd think they'd do something to improve! Followup from Emily is that the headboard didn't make it on the truck today. Really Emily!? We just talked yesterday about this. Her response is that Allison was supposed to call me. Who is Allison and why didn't she call me? It is still a mystery as is the whereabouts of my headboard! Had order a cabinet from NewAge and they used HSFM to deliver it. They game me a time window 10 to 2. Sent me a text at 12:25 that they would be there in 45 minutes. Called at 1:45 and was sent to answering machine but it was full and could not take messages. Waited and had to leave at 2:30 to go to doctor. Call again and went thru a different department and got a lady who said it was undeliverable but said they was strange. She talked to the drive and he said he just changed the schedule to his liking and he would get there some time. She said he would just leave at curb and I asked about what if damaged. That was the whole reason for being their. I tried to cancel delivery since after the scheduled time. She said the delivery times don't mean anything and it would be delivered when they got around to it. Will never buy anything that uses them to deliver. When they finally came my wife was here and they did not say a word to her even though she spoke to them. She would have rated them a zero. read more
