I went with the Southern Fried Chicken Melt (just the sandwich, not the combo). It was fried chicken with melted cheese and some veggies smushed between multi-grain bread. It was worth the trip we had to travel a lot better than we used to. I live in Bloomingdale and we usually find places to eat that are 8 to 10 minutes away. My friends had to think about it for a while because they had so many different things on the menu--BBQ Ribs, Italian Beef, Souvlaki Chicken or Pork, and more. The dinners were about $20 each--but it was worth every penny--each serving included a Greek Salad, Seasoned Potatoes, and the main entree. I ran into a guy who also recommended the Gyros. My two friends both ordered the Souvlaki Chicken. The chicken was on two skewers. Both of them took home doggy bags because it was a lot of food! Service was great-- the staff was friendly and, even though the customers were to pick up the food themselves, a guy named "Will" helped me by carrying the meals to our table. It appeared that a tip was not expected. As far as ambiance, the dining area was relatively small. There were both seats and chairs, but they also offered outdoor dining. I often judge a restaurant by the condition of their rest rooms. They only had one co-ed bathroom and it needed much attention--unclean and the toilet was clogged with toilet paper. They continue to be one of my favorite little cravings. I usually call in my order or order online and they always seem to have my order quicker than they estimate. I really love the flavor of their foods and especially the freshness. The staff are friendly and they seem to have a good grasp on how to efficiently manage a restaurant.
