Was looking for a good burger place out in the western burbs and did a search and this place came up. Mixed reviews but it was near where we were shopping so gave it a try. It's in a newer strip mall. All the business for the most part seem to be middle eastern. And this place while looking very Americana was not. We found out it was not a traditional burger place when we asked for bacon and they offered beef bacon. The counter staff man and women were nice. The place was very clean. The burger itself, we tried the classic cheese burger and the fire burger? Both were kind of small meat patties but the sesame seed bun was nice. But would like to have had a larger patty. The chips on a skewer was really good. Could have been cooked a little longer though so maybe ask for that. Presentation alone was impressive. The dipping sauce was a good compliment to it as well. The one thing we didn't really like, besides no pork bacon, was that the meat he pulled for our burgers was down on the ground in a drawer. I'm sure it was safe but really would like meats to be up closer than where you walk and sweep the floor. Would recommend and will try again if out that way again. read more

WARNING! Very Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. When they first opened, the food quality and portions were much better, but things have clearly declined. A couple of weeks ago, they were asking customers to leave five-star reviews in exchange for extra fries or free snack items, which felt very inappropriate and misleading. Because of that, I do not believe all the five-star reviews reflect real customer experiences. Today, I placed an online order for five people and even left a tip, although we did not dine in. I drove nearly an hour to pick up the food, only to come home and find the order very disappointing. The sandwiches had noticeably less meat than usual, barely any sauce, and everything tasted dry. The fries were also extremely salty. This was very frustrating, especially because I had recommended this place to others in the past. After this experience, I will not be returning, and I will make sure to update the people I previously recommended. Very unfortunate and disappointing. read more

Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by friendly staff and a very well maintained clean restaurant. The variety of burgers with added choices of tornado fries and funnel cakes gives a feel of being in a state fair without the need to fall in line under the hot sun. I love the juicy burgers! Ordered the juicy Lucy on fire burger, and the Nashville hot chicken tenders. The juicy Lucy on fire burger is supposed to come with a burger, patty stuffed with spicy cheese and jalapeños, however, I tasted none of that. It tasted like a standard burger that even though I may not be tasted like it was cooked from frozen. The burger appearance looks great and looks just like the iPhone emoji for a burger however, the taste was just not there for me. The Nashville, hot chicken tenders were in fact not Nashville, they tasted more of a curry spice. Tenders were very crispy and cooked well. They did not appear to be chewy like most tenders you get from most places. These were different but very mediocre. The ambience is very very nice. It looks like they have spent a good deal of money on making the place look nice and its presentation. I personally think that in this area it is going to be very tough for them, considering that their burger falls short of the other burger places in the area. read more

Burger Factory is in the same plaza as Qahwah House and Vasco's. Parking in that half of the lot can get tight, but there's open parking in front of the other stores. The interior is somewhat small, but adequate seating. The decor is decent. Service was okay. We ordered a classic burger, a juicy lucy on fire, and chicken tenders with fries. Pricing was reasonable except for the juicy lucy; I didn't feel it was worth an extra $5. My wife thought the classic burger was decent. Less greasy than Bumper 2 Burger. Otherwise, nothing too unique. The juicy lucy on fire was also decent. It tasted pretty good with all the sauce, but I was expecting something more unique. Based on the name, I thought it would have some kick. I also thought from the photo it would have mozzarella cheese, but it appeared to be American. The chicken tenders were a bit tough and salty. The fries were pretty good. Nicely sized, seasoned, and crisped. Overall, not blown away, but glad to have another halal option. read more

I wanted to try the new burger place in town but what a disappointment it was! First, we ordered a classic burger and a juicy Lucy and literally they were the same size. The juicy Lucy costs $5.00 more and in the picture looks huge. The fries were soggy and not hot and the drink you had to drink from a can. No cups or ice. The burgers were nothing to write home about and I can think of several other burger places in town that are much tastier. Sorry, we won't be back. Costs to much and I am still hungry. read more

Before you enter there is a paper sign posted to respect employees and their right to refuse service. OKAY. So what's really going on over here? The staff was courteous and the place was relatively clean- including the restrooms. The food on the other hand was a major let down. Ordered two Jucy Lucy's on fire and it was a cold burger patty, semi-soft bun that tasted just like a Big Mac. The cheese was not even melted and nothing was on fire except my wallet. Almost felt like they ran over to McDonalds to get one or had one in the back. The fries were last batch fried that were soggy and limp. The poutine was the only redeeming factor that was warm and tasted good. For the price I paid I would skip their menu get a poutine and grab a relatively cheaper Big Mac at McD. I gave them a chance but we won't be going back based on how light my wallet feels and how our dissatisfied stomachs growled. read more

Omg! This place is absolutely delightful. Best cheese burger that I EVER had in life. The beef was so succulent and juicy. You can definitely tell this is a gourmet grade of beef. The service was top notch! I met the owner and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell he has a passion for food and service. I will definitely go back again! I went in about a week ago. Very pricey which would be ok if the food was good but price wise it was not worth the 30 minute drive either. I should have taken stock of what others said here, got the burger with the patty that has cheese in it but the cheese wasn't melted when served. Same with the cheese that was in the fries. Fries were burnt or tasted like it. Also the burgers are smaller than what you see advertised in their photos. Service was very nice but that does not equate to good food. Food was AWFUL!!!! When we were standing there to order I should have known to walk right out when I saw the burger patties just steaming on a warm (not hot) grill. We ordered the cheese steaks. Do not order unless you want a flavorless mayo mess on a piece of bread. There was very little protein and a ridiculous amount of mayo. We waited 30 minutes and paid $58 for our food for 2 people. Food was amazing - the Juicy Lucy on Fire was excellent. Initially I didn't see the jalapenos and when I asked if it came with the peppers and cheese, they were super nice and explained that it was INSIDE the patty, which actually works out well because they didn't slide off when I was eating! The atmosphere was nice too - no loud music or distracting TVs, perfect to be able to have a meal and a conversation with my husband :) Will definitely be coming back here to eat!!! read more
