The burger was amazing! Juicy, flavorful & good quality beef. The fries were fresh & made in house. The staff were all professional & chill. The restaurant was very clean as well. Would definitely recommend.

Juicy Lucy on fire burger & Nashville chicken tenders
    Ratib A.

Ordered the juicy Lucy on fire burger, and the Nashville hot chicken tenders. The juicy Lucy on fire burger is supposed to come with a burger, patty stuffed with spicy cheese and jalapeños, however, I tasted none of that. It tasted like a standard burger that even though I may not be tasted like it was cooked from frozen. The burger appearance looks great and looks just like the iPhone emoji for a burger however, the taste was just not there for me. The Nashville, hot chicken tenders were in fact not Nashville, they tasted more of a curry spice. Tenders were very crispy and cooked well. They did not appear to be chewy like most tenders you get from most places. These were different but very mediocre. The ambience is very very nice. It looks like they have spent a good deal of money on making the place look nice and its presentation. I personally think that in this area it is going to be very tough for them, considering that their burger falls short of the other burger places in the area.

Can never go wrong with compressor burger and strawberry funnel cake and must have a mojito drink!

Burger Factory is in the same plaza as Qahwah House and Vasco's. Parking in that half of the lot can get tight, but there's open parking in front of the other stores. The interior is somewhat small, but adequate seating. The decor is decent. Service was okay. We ordered a classic burger, a juicy lucy on fire, and chicken tenders with fries. Pricing was reasonable except for the juicy lucy; I didn't feel it was worth an extra $5. My wife thought the classic burger was decent. Less greasy than Bumper 2 Burger. Otherwise, nothing too unique. The juicy lucy on fire was also decent. It tasted pretty good with all the sauce, but I was expecting something more unique. Based on the name, I thought it would have some kick. I also thought from the photo it would have mozzarella cheese, but it appeared to be American. The chicken tenders were a bit tough and salty. The fries were pretty good. Nicely sized, seasoned, and crisped. Overall, not blown away, but glad to have another halal option.

It's ok, but overrated. Too expensive. Just meh. The tornadoe chips are good. I probably would not go back.

Our server, Maddie was so fun, energetic, helpful, and very accommodating. It was a nice touch that the manager came to check on us and offered a taste test of their stouts; Eunoia Batch 21 and What Could Be 35. So good!! Phase Three Brewery Company in Elmhurst, a must-visit for anyone who appreciates unique, well-crafted beers. Their house brews paired perfectly with the food and are worth the visit on their own. I had the Day Drift, Blood Orange, Calamansi, so refreshing!! I should have ordered the 16 ounces!! The Shanghai Lumpia was delicious, crispy, golden, and packed with flavor. The Duck Corn Dogs were another standout, perfectly cooked, tender and moist. The banana ketchup added a layer of flavor. I originally came for the adobo, but unfortunately they had already sold out. Instead, I ordered the Double Dip Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich, and I'm glad I did! The chicken breast was incredibly tender, juicy, and savory--absolutely delicious. To finish, I had the Ube Cheesecake. Rich, creamy, and wonderfully decadent without being overwhelming. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back for that adobo I missed and, of course, to enjoy a few more of those amazing craft beers.

The beers were excellent, and the food looked and smelled so good that we vowed to come back! We've been back twice now and loved it each time! You can't go wrong with their beers! Their flagships are solid and they always have a healthy number of experimental brews. Best of all the worlds! This time we both got IPAS and loved them all: Trail Trip, West Coast Pixel, and Swells! Trail Trip was my favorite because I prefer non-hazy. For dinner I got the double-dipped fried chicken sandwich with a side of fries. YUM! Bursting with flavor and deliciousness! The spicy gochujang sauce is divine! And super filling! My husband did the OG Burger, Fries, and 10 oz beer for $15 Monday/Tuesday deal. He loved the food, drink, and the deal! The space is so clean, open, and inviting. The front dinning area is spacious enough with plenty of seating and the bar, but there is also a fantastic outdoor space. The servers will all friendly, helpful, and professional. Things can move a little slowly, but it is worth the wait! On busy weekend nights, they do have online reservations, so that can be a good way to secure a spot! Next time we are in Elmhurst, we will definitely be back. We love Phase 3!

It's my go‑to spot for a classic Fish Fry, and after years of coming here, it still never disappoints. We arrived a little after 5:30 p.m. on a Friday and, as expected, only waited about five minutes. The moment you step inside, you're met with a lively bar scene--TVs tuned to various games, tall tables lining both sides, and a steady buzz of conversation. People are eating, drinking, and genuinely enjoying themselves. What surprised me most was how many families were there, even with infants and toddlers in tow. And honestly, it was great to see. The kids were calm, the parents looked relaxed, and the whole place had this easygoing, everyone's‑welcome energy. We sat in the back, and the table was cleaned quickly. Our server Heather brought menus, though we already knew exactly what we wanted. The menu has a big selection, but for us it was three orders of the Fish Fry. You can substitute sides--sweet potato fries, tots, or onion rings--and the meal comes with hush puppies and coleslaw. Drinks and water arrived promptly, and the entrées followed soon after, piping hot. The fried fish was flaky and flavorful--nothing like the heavy, all‑batter, no‑fish situation you get at some places. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. We asked for refills and they arrived almost instantly. I'm already looking forward to coming back once the weather warms up so we can enjoy the patio. This place continues to be a reliable, welcoming spot with great food and an even better atmosphere.

The host was very accommodating and made sure we were seated where we wanted. I ordered the Pitmaster with truffle fries, and both were easily a 10/10. The mac and cheese was a great side, and the fried pickles were the perfect addition to the meal. As someone who gets full pretty quickly, I ended up sharing my burger and fries, and there was still plenty to enjoy. It wasn't very busy when we first arrived, but the restaurant gradually filled up and became quite packed as the evening went on. Overall, a great experience with delicious food and a lively atmosphere!

We sat on the 2nd floor which has its own bar (nice since the wait staff doesn't need to go downstairs for drinks). This is a casual spot with lots of natural light coming in. There are plenty of TVs throughout which I noticed had sports on. Service throughout was OK. It did take awhile for our sever to take our order, check in, and bring drinks. I can understand if it was busy but that wasn't the case. I will say it wasn't like 45 mins of waiting, however, still not the greatest service. For food I ordered the social burger cooked well done and chose the side salad (minus feta). The dressing that comes with the salad is up my alley. I think it may have been some type of vinaigrette. Whatever it was, it was tangy and sour, I really liked it. The burger was also good. Since I'm pregnant I need to make sure all meats are thoroughly cooked. The burger was just that, cooked all the way through and no pink. Everything was delicious and I can see myself coming back.
