This was OK at best. My husband and I ordered online from here and the platform was easy to navigate. Our food was ready 15 minutes before the given time which I don't love. It's nice they are on top of their game, but, our food was not the hottest at that point. I tried the regular cheeseburger, I don't remember its name. It was extremely greasy and the patty was bland. Ice Cold burger buns and the very cold shift manager. A white lady called herself the manager while the other staff mentioned to me before her that the manager is not on the floor ( So not clear ). But over all she was very cold and mean by not accepting the mistake they made. It was obvious that it was the busiest hour for them but that coludn't be the reason to degrade the quality of food. The buns outside were cold cold with hot burger patties insde which gave a very mild effect of the burger. Great tasting halal burgers. Out of all the halal burger joints in Chicagoland, Bumper 2 Burger ranks among the top 5. There are several locations. The Main Street location has limited seating and I noticed several take away orders. Their menu includes great sides, like hot dogs, popcorn chicken, great tasting french fries, milkshakes, etc. All in all, this place is worth a shot. The only negative, is they charge extra for dipping sauces. Perhaps, not a big deal for most. Next time I'm in town, I will return to Bumper 2 Burger. I recommend this place. read more

When I first moved to the Lombard area we tried Bumper burger and loved it. But, every visit after that one the experience got worse and worse. The service is extremely slow and the employees seem to socialize more than work. The wait time through the drive thru is not worth it plus the orders are never the way you order it. My boyfriend and I have been going to Bumper 2 Burger for years. Every time we have went, we have enjoyed the food and we never had any issues with our order. However today, my order was completely wrong. My grilled chicken sandwich was missing the lettuce and had an additional sauce on it that I did not ask for. Our order was missing a fry. And the fry that was supposed to come with my meal was wrong. To add on, the fries were stale. I am so upset and disappointed with the poor service that we experienced today. I would like to say we will be returning but I don't think that's the case. I checked this out on a whim and was so pleasantly surprised. The highlight is definetly their burgers. Absolutely solid burger spot and everything you want from a cheeseburger and fries. Local and small, it's cozy and perfect for something fast and comforting in the Lombard area. The workers are nice but not conversational, kind of in and out transactional etiquette but the food is really good. I'd compare it to five guys, just not as heavy or greasy. I have tried the food here in person and delivery through DoorDash. The food is always hot and fresh. I have only ordered the double cheeseburger and both the regular and seasoned French fries. Always good! I like the added touch of the "branded" burger buns. Very unique and makes the brand stand out. The restaurant location has always been busy every time that I have stopped by. As soon as we arrived, they said it'd be ready shortly and that they just needed to drop the fries for our order so they'd be hot and fresh - awesome! Service was quick and nice and we were able to find a spot to sit in the restaurant. I ordered the bumper burger and it was standard good. The beef was juicy and the bun didn't get soggy. Spotted this place as I was driving to downtown Lombard.. And oh boy, let me tell you, I'm glad I stopped by and ordered their Bumper Burger.
