Granted I was doing some returns that I got from another store because it just didn't fit quite right on me, but I went to the cash register and some other lady was helping me and Coral was on the side, not even a "hi, how are you" but she did make sure to chime in because I was rummaging through my bag looking for the receipt. She asked me if I purchased this online or in store and if I did it in the store, then I could probably just go back to the same store and return it. I thought to myself why would I do that so I went to my car and got the receipt when I got back she had this irritated look on her face and again not even a welcome back or acknowledge my existence. A human being was walking through the doors. I'm not sure if she knows but she works in a Customer Service field and also too. I didn't come to your house to chitchat. I came into a place of business so returns are going to happen hand-in-hand with Sales. I returned one item because the other two items were Missed tagged and one of the other managers asked Coral if I can return it there of course she said no I'm not surprised but the whole experience was super weird and super irritating. It just didn't sit right with me. I can't wait until her district manager reads this and asks what happened I'm sure she'll come up with some lie, making herself the victim.
