My selection was available at this location but not at several other locations near my residence. The value was great and a lot more affordable than other retail stores. Stanley placed my items in a shopping cart which allowed me to transfer them easily to my SUV. It was Stanley's excellent customer service for me. It's interesting how the same item can be priced significantly lower here - for example, an item that costs $5 at this store might be priced at $10 at another location. Not sure why? However, when browsing clearance racks, it's important to double-check the tags, as items are sometimes misplaced and may not be marked down as expected. I visit this store regularly, and I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Though the lines could move faster. Sometimes they have 10 people in line with only two registers open. That said, I would recommend avoiding weekends if possible, as those are typically the busiest times. As for the manager, I've had positive interactions in the past. Steve W the store manager was able to handle the situation but when asked for the route to writing a formal complaint he just provided me a customer service number on paper and slid it to me across the counter. Well, when we got to ringing up our items, the gum rung up at $25.00 a pack!! I had two packs. When I saw that $50 on the screen & none of the clothes, I said, "wait a minute, that gum is $25?"! The lady must have been new or something because she had a problem ringing up the gum in the first place and had to get assistance from the guy working there. Well, I told her to put that gum back. It would be a cold day in hell before I spend $25 on a pack of gum. I can just go to the grocery store. So, when I finally got home I was curious about this gum and why would it cost so much. So I looked it up on Urban Outfitters website. That gum had a price of $3.50 per pack on the site!!!!! Atlanta will never out live the scammer city allegations!!!! I tell you!!! In less than five minutes in the store, the three associates working all surrounded me from different angles but neither greeted me nor asked if I needed assistance. I worked in retail almost 30 years. I know when I'm being profiled. If you want drab colors and are a size four this is the location for you. To prove my point, I asked the associate if they had any dresses. They had one, in black and the largest size they had was a 6. The Lululemon website has a total of 21 dresses, but they only have one option in this location. This is possibly my third visit to the location and each time I've left unimpressed with the selection of items offered. I don't have to visit this particular location any longer. The location near Lenox has friendlier associates and they carry an array of sizes.
