It could not have been easier to make a donation! There's a drive-thru around the side where you pull up your car and load your goods onto a cart. The very nice staff member gave us a receipt with a QR code where you can go onto the website and log the items for a tax deduction. Nothing was inspected or reviewed prior to turning it over. I haven't been inside the store so can't comment on that, but did notice a huge parking lot. read more

The store it self is about the average size of more Goodwills I've seen. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. It's a Goodwill so the items on inside are cheap and pretty good quality. There is plenty of parking outside and there is even a few EV charging stations on the side of the building next to the donation center side. read more

I still love this store. Things stay pretty organized and the checkout people are polite, for the most part. Good variety, well organized, well-stocked. You can go there once a week or more to see what's new. Just say no to Walmart and Target until you've checked to see if these guys have it. So much better for the planet!! I recently got a very cute short sleeved, jersey, striped dress. So comfortable, like new and only $7. I have gotten many compliments on it. read more

Consistently have to wait forever at this store to check out. I have waited over 30 minutes. I have seen the clerks try to get management to help and heard them say that the managers are just sitting in the back room. The lack of respect for the customers has me no longer shopping here. read more

I guess it is official. GOODWILL is ANTI-CHILDREN! I went to the goodwill in Decatur Georgia on Lawrenceville Hwy and had a terrible encounter with their over zealous security guard. This big burley guy kept approaching my 11 year old granddaughter and her 9 and 7 year old siblings because they reached the toy section before I did. Though I used a different isle to get there, I was there before he reached them. When I asked him why he was approaching them he said he wanted to say something because even though he saw me ...they got there before I did. Made no sense to me but whatever. Moments later he was saying something to her again. This time we were all in the same isle. I could see them all. They were just standing waiting for me while I looked at dresses. I asked now what is the problem? His response made no sense. He actually approached her for the third time. I asked him to leave her alone and to speak to me the adult if there was a problem. It felt stalkish. These are well mannered children not running, not talking loud and not touching items that would make them unsafe. Why he kept approaching the kids and not me I could not understand. He just kept saying it is Goodwill's policy. Then he goes and get a manager and told her I requested her.. The manager tells me about Goodwill policy and I explained that I am right there with the children so are you saying they are not welcome because we are only trying to shop like at any other store. The manager told me "This is not any other store. This is Goodwill and this is our policy" So..... There it is. I guess it's official! A kid harassing policy. I'm confused. Should I not bring kids in the store? Just because they are children does not give you the right to harass or disrespect them just as they are not allowed to disrespect their elders ( which is what they have been taught) . How would you feel if it was your children? Is Goodwill not a family friendly environment? I feel if an adult is present and you are a grown man.... You should not repeatedly approach an eleven year old girl ( which was intimidating to her). You should approach the adult . You are still a stranger to her and for the life of me I can not understand why you kept addressing her when I am standing just a few feet from her. This was supposed to be a good experience with their Grandmother. So disappointed. read more

Really well organized goodwill with super friendly staff! It's full of treasures! The only downside was that stuff is slightly expensive, most dresses were $7 and that they do not allow people to use the fitting rooms. I totally get it, but I'm someone who can't buy clothes without trying them on, so I was standing in the middle of the store trying on clothes over my clothes I had on! read more

I have come here a handful of times and have managed to find what I was looking for and more. They are decently organized with a good selection of items to look through. Staff are pretty on top of maintaining the shelves and helping at the front desk. I will definitely be coming again! read more

This is the Goodwill closest to my home. I don't shop there as often as I used to as there is another cheaper thrift store about the same distance from me. Like most or all Goodwill stores in the area, they organize clothes by color rather than by size. That is so annoying. I will note the Denver Goodwill I went to organized by size - so it can be done! You can find some decent items in the store. I have been really happy with a number of the things that I have been able to get for my son, including books and toys. However, the book selection was lacking upon my most recent visit. There are dressing rooms available on both sides of the store so you can try on clothing items. I also give donations to this store, as well. It is usually very quick. Typically takes a bit longer on days like NYE when tons of folks are trying to clear things out before the end of the year. They had a cop on site helping supervise the collection. We had to wait in line by the donation door (in the opposite direction that we usually drive up) until a staff member directed us to a parking spot in the back of the store. Then we could get out, turn over our items, and get our receipt. Still a pleasant experience though there was a wait. I will keep shopping here. read more

I really enjoy shopping at this location but sometimes I have to skip this Goodwill as the check out line takes twice the time I spent shopping. There will be plenty of employees walking around and one cashier. Standing in line for 10 minutes to pay is not an enjoyable experience. read more

I was at this location to donate boxes of miscellaneous items and was told by the young man in the donation area that I had to unload the boxes from my car to the cart myself. I am an over 60 year old woman not in great physical shape and it is well over 90 degrees outside, but ok. I do that. The last 2 boxes won't fit on the cart so I put them on the ground next to it. He comes up to my car as I'm leaving. Knocks on my car window and tells my I have to put those last 2 boxes on a different cart across the way from that one. I got extremely angry at that point. Seriously. Not ok. I did move them but I wish I had just driven off and left them where they were. read more

Today the guy accepting donations was rude and grumpy. Love the drive through but hit or miss if staff will be helpful or not.
