Worst customer service experience of my life. I went to return some clothes I had bought at another…read morelocation and since I happened to be close to this store I decided to return here . The lady at the register started asking me all kind of questions and was EXTREMELY RUDE. I asked her what the issue was because according to the return policy I could return at any store. I had a receipt and I was making the returns the same day. She continued being rude and curt - I even offered to take them back and return at the original location, however she continued being very loud and derogatory. For an expensive store like Chicos this behavior is very unacceptable and I believe she was being racist because her behavior with another customer ahead of me who was returning was very polite and accommodating . Please go ahead and buy from here but return at your own peril. Disgusting !
