Love it but impossible to get on web sight, I would love to shop but am not able to get onto the site

This is a large and airy store. It's large but lacks inventory. I was looking for a blazer and a denim jacket. They didn't have either. They also seemed picked over or sold out on most things. It's worth checking out but I wouldn't make a special trip for the store. The prices are higher than Nordstrom Rack, which is in the same complex. read more

Worst return policy among large retailers - online or brick and mortar. They don't refund your money for full 30 days after receiving the product. No other retailer holds on to customers money for that long. Avoid shopping at this retailer. Better prices and selection available at numerous retailers. I don't se any reason to buy at this place ever in future. read more

Challenged to find any clothing worth trying on let alone buying at this location. Yes, they have designer clothing. Yes, they are pretty well stocked. Just nothing appealed to my taste. Not sure if it's the way the clothing is displayed but it feels like a chore going through the racks. I gave up. Browsed through the handbag section, a known weakness for me, but got through it no problem. Had a decent selection of designer sunglasses and there was a pair of tortoise shell cat eye shades I coveted, but did a catch and release. Had a massage at Spavia across the street so visited Saks off Fifth while here. Wouldn't make a special trip back to this store. read more

I ordered $229 worth of merchandise from the store that was not delivere. On the shipping company website it was marked delivered with a timestamp. I checked my security camera and there was no delivery attempt. They use a company called CDL for delivery. This company use people with their own car for delivery. I believe the driver didn't want to drive all the way to my house and just mark it delivered and kept it. I Got No Satisfaction from the store or the shipping company. I lost my $229. I will never shop at the store again ever read more

Lousy selection and too pricey for what the ugly merchandise is. Sizes are either too small or too big on the few token passable items. It takes way too long to get a refund to your credit card this is TOTALLY unacceptable! Most retailers process the returns immediately!!! The staff is very nice though. :) read more

If you know what you're looking for, fine, but if you need assistance, forget it. Especially at the jewelry counter, you can stand there for 30min and nobody will come over and help you, and the associates in the floor just avoid eye contact whenever near. It's too bad, knew exactly what I wanted and ready to buy, but left out of frustration. Not sure how much longer this place will last with service like this. read more

The first time I went here, I didn't see anything I liked and thought it was kind of beat. A lot of weird couture items. Gave it another chance though, and realized they have an incredible pants selection. All kinds of pants, from jeans all the way to dress pants. They have an unreal amount of pants for a high end discount store. Fairly organized too. Of course it all depends on your size which will be hit or miss, but I got an amazing pair of dark olive green Seven for All Mankind jeans that feel like suede (originally $240 for around $30) and navy blue Saks brand dress pants for work (originally $119 for $20!) that are now my favorite pair. Pants are always the most difficult thing to shop for, in my opinion. If you feel the same way, check this store out. read more

Saks off fifth has some really beautiful clothing but even with prices marked down, many of these items are still extremely expensive. Many designers are represented but you realize that the shelves are stocked with items that might have been unpopular in the retail store. The store is wide open and looks very sparsely stocked. Way too many friendly employees are available to help the few shoppers. Not a store that I have much use for. read more

Junk shop! Ugly, poor quality and overpriced clothes. Made me feel less guilty about paying full price at the mall. Don't waste your time

I like this new store . More brand shoes that you can try without ask any assistance to bring the right size for you . Quit and clean . And always have some promotions that help you save some money . read more

It's a big store but even with the amount of displays of clothes it seems empty to me. I don't like how they have purses so disorganized. I probably wouldn't go there again. read more

The store inventory in comparison to other locations could be better but the service/staff was the problem today. Was there today about 4pm and found a Superdry hoodie on a rack that had a sign that said "take an additional 30% off". The rack had at least a half dozen of the same item, along with other Superdry items. Took it to the register with another item, the young lady rung it up for full price, at which point I made her aware of the sale. She replied it was probably misplaced and I said there was a bunch of them in the sale section I dont think it was misplaced. She then calls a gentleman and asks a generic question about a Superdry hoodie being on sale, not mentioning any of the specifics of the situation, not the sale sign, the amount of the same item there, where the item was in the store, not even what the item was specifically. All of this was important considering the amount of different Superdry items (including hoodies) in store in various places. 5 seconds later, she says no its not on sale, it was misplaced. Unless they were psychically connected and he was in that exact spot at the time (he wasnt, I looked back there), theres no way he could've known whether the item I had was on sale or not. Really? It was misplaced along with the other 10 hoodies just like it? On a rack in a section where you have numerous sale/clearance racks? Youre not even gonna check or get somebody else to check? Fine. I shop in Saks Off 5th all the time, I've been through this before and have had issues like this rectified easily. And really, there are times when items are mistakenly put back on the sale rack, this was not one of them. The only other explanation is the staff is so inept at this store, that many of the same item are being misplaced, OR items are purposely being misrepresented as being on sale in order to trick customers BUT I WOULD SINCERELY HOPE THATS NOT IT. I guess she thought I was going to buy it anyway judging by her surprised reaction when I said OK cancel the sale. And it wasnt the money the item was cheap either way, its the principle. Personally, dont appreciate having an employee treat me like someone fresh off the turnip truck, nor being lazy, nonchalant, or even worse purposely misleading when I'm spending money in your store. Cant say I'll never shop there again, but if I see her I'm getting the manager and explaining why she isnt going to be the one helping me. read more

Walked by during Columbus Day weekend and Jalyn was outside the store tending the sidewalk sale items. She was so bubbly and told me about the sales on clothing and jewelry. I did go inside the store and shop further because of her. It's rare to see sales staff like Jalyn. read more

My friend used to work here and she hated it. She said all they cared about was their sales and getting people to sign up for their more and saks card. Didn't care about their employees. Most people weren't even getting paid the first few weeks since they opened and they cut back everyone's hours. The inside of the store is nice and all but everything is expensive. The cheaper stuff aren't as cute and there's never anyone at the register. It seems as though they didn't train anyone on how to use the register because no one knew what they were doing when I went to check out. Never going back there again. Wasn't going to post a review but it needed to be said. read more

Sorry, I just can't give this place a good rating. For starters, it was an absolute OVEN on the day I visited (outside temperature was around 90 degrees, with humidity making it feel like 115 in the shade). Not sure if there were problems with the A/C system cooling such a cavernous store but it certainly made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. Secondly, the place was empty despite the parking lot being full and it soon became apparent why! Almost immediately, I experienced sticker shock when looking at items as varied as a past-season Joie blouse for $180 (you're better off shopping summer sales) to a $1,200 Valentino bag, neither of which seemed worth the inflated price tag. I don't know about you, but I tend to gravitate toward off-price stores for the joy of the hunt-I'm always hoping to snag that diamond in the rough marked down 80% from retail to make it worth my while. Those bargains did not seem to exist here or they were buried somewhere deep within a clearance rack that I missed. Additionally, it seemed as though a full 50% of the store was devoted to the teen/tween/junior department. Not sure if they were just trying to fill a HUGE empty space so the place didn't look barren or if there actually is a burgeoning market for teens whose parents fund their designer wardrobes, but it certainly didn't appeal to me. Not sure how long this will last with Nordstrom Rack right next door. read more
