Suffice it to say I'm a big fan and have made it a point to visit here in my past two times at that [Outlet Wonderland] Woodbury Commons hoping to get a good deal on some hip couture. Sadly, the selection here isn't amazing... not bad but really nothing to write home about. Yes it's an outlet, but most all of what they have is the worst selling items from a year earlier. But the main issue is the management and resultant service. Having been there now twice each time we had to make some effort to get the attention of salespeople. Once we did I would charitably call the response one of...apathy. A high end hip clothing store like this needs the requisite attitude from people working there, and that starts with management. As he's looking it up, he sang "there's a signage for a reason for you to see price" under his breath. So fcking rude. Isn't that what your job is? To help customers? Clearly needs another training and performance evaluation. After my purchase he said "have a good day." I responded "thank you, you too" and he replied back "I will" with the most nasty undertone. The selection is good as it mixes all the Versace lines which may not be available in Manhattan including the Collection. Most of the items are from the previous season and they appear to have a good selection of sizes. Slightly older items can occasionally be up to 90% off. Staff is helpful without being pushy and are willing to take phone orders and ship them if you know the item and sizes you are looking for. Definitely one of the better designer outlets in Woodbury Commons and worth stopping in for a visit
