I was having trouble getting my hot tub to turn on. I thought it was a faulty control panel, but when I plugged in a new one, it still would not turn on. I called Hot Tub Liquidators and spoke to Josh. He walked me through possible scenarios to help me find the problem. Everything from checking the fuses, testing the power supply and finally discovering it was a broken splicing cable. A quick fix and my hot tub was back up and running. Had the most amazing experience with Michael Wynn at the Hot Tub Liquidators store in Summerlin. After looking online for quality hot tubs and researching which spas are the highest quality my girlfriend and I went in to look at the spa's at the Hot Tub Liquidators Summerlin location. Specifically we liked the Platinum Brand that only Liquidators carry. Michael was so knowledgeable on all the brands they have at the store and by him asking my girl and I many questions we were able to find the perfect spa for us. I felt Michael truly had our best interests in mind and gave us all the information we needed to make the best decision and find the correct hot tub for our needs. This company replaced a pump on a hot tub purchased from them. The replacement pump lasted just over a year. When the tech came out to diagnose the problem, he said maybe the office can help since we just replaced this pump a year ago. They didn't help at all. I received 2 other estimates to replace the pump. Hot Tub Liquidators was by far the highest estimate. Also, the warranty offered by them on the replacement pump is only 30 days. The other 2 hot tub companies provide a full year and at a lower replacement cost and better support. Warning! In my opinion, this company didn't treat me right so therefore doesn't earn my future business of service or when it comes time for new hot tub in the future. They are very good at sales but very questionable and even poor follow up service when you need it. Save yourself the headache and proceed with caution!!! There are other, much better hot tub providers in the valley other than these people. Spend your hard-earned money with a company that will treat you right post sale. Avoid! read more

Awesome experience with Tyler at Hot Tub Liquidators. This is at the Flamingo location. I bought a Platinum Spas tub, and installed it in my new house April 2025. I bought it because I had a bad hip, and the hot tub relaxed the muscles so I could actually sleep at night. I had the hip replaced a little over a month ago, and now that I can go back into the hot tub it is really helping my recovery. IF YOU HAVE A BAD HIP, BUY A HOT TUB! Tyler helped me pick the right tub for me and the house, and they recommended a great electrician to get the wiring all done. He has helped me before the sale, and after the sale with any questions. *UPDATE* After paying in-full and given a 4-6 week delivery date, we left messages for a delivery update after waiting 6-weeks and were told TWICE by "BOB" that he would check on the order status and get back to us. He never got back to us and my husband drove to the store where he was told that we would learn more after the New Year. It is not acceptable to be told one thing (4-6 weeks) and have to visit the store for an update (after waiting 6-weeks). For awhile we thought we were being scammed (because we paid all the money upfront and were unable to get a status update after 6-weeks of waiting - when we were initially told that we'd hear something after 4-weeks). read more

We are relatively new to Las Vegas . My husband and I one afternoon randomly walked into the Hot Tub Liquidators location in Sumerlin. What a blessing to run into Tyler Jacobson working at this location on this day! We had lived in a development that had a hot tub and missed soaking daily there. However, we were very naïve relative to purchasing, install and care of a hot tub. There was such a wide It was a little overwhelming for us. Tyler helped us to relax and follow him through the simplistic process. He was respectful, detailed, and patient as we ran through a myriad of questions. Because of his respectful nature, we did not shop him at all. We went over to the Henderson warehouse and met him there on the next day for an open house event. He left the choice up to us, but really did lead us to what was optimal for our usage and our budget. He kept us informed as we waited for our unit. And he also checked in with us as we went through the install process. In fact, everyone at this business communicates well with each other and their clients. Michael at Hot Tub Liquidators in Summerlin (Las Vegas) is very knowledgable about spas and their accessories. In this store he let me try the 3-steps-with-railing accessory to help me get into and out of my spa. I could see for myself that I could not swing my legs over the top of the spa as I wanted to do and so he gave me the information I needed to get a single railing that I can use with my existing 2-step set of stairs from another store (unrelated to Hot Tub Liquidators in Summerlin). Service was great until the spa arrived. The spa equipment did not come with the spa and a couple small pieces were missing. Communication is less than ideal, we have to constantly reach out. It has been 2 years and we still do not have those parts. The panels warped within a year! We have now been waiting over a year for replacement panels. Again communication is less than ideal, we have to constantly reach out. They keep blaming supply chain, but they have plenty of tubs to sell so something is working in the supply chain! read more

Was happy with the initial purchase but now getting someone to come out and service a leak has been impossible. Didn't show up on the day they said they were coming (after taking off work to be there) and then show up days later without even telling us. After looking at the hot tub for 15 minutes, left and haven't heard back from them on how they fix it (under warranty). I've called twice still without a call back or a clue how to remedy the situation. Very disappointing. read more
