My light in the pool is not working. I think water leaked in it that caused a short in power. I need to get it fixed ASAP?

Unfortunately we do not offer repair services. I do recommend contacting Rogers Repair Services at 702-367-1150.

When we first spoke, she was upfront, polite, professional, and easy to speak with. In addition, she promised to be THERE for us with any questions or concerns. And, this was spot on! We are very glad that we did choose her and Mission West. Here are the pros and cons: Cons - Seriously, the PERMITS with the city will take forever. If you tweak it after it gets approved, add another 2-3 months!! We started in Nov 2022, and due to waiting for permits, we were not done until June 2023. Lessons learned: Make sure you review it with the PM before submitting it. There was "loss" in translation on the diagram and we had to tweak it to make it work. - We went with the white plaster. Filled with water, it is light blue. Once you chose it, you are stuck with it for the next few years until you decide to redo the plaster. If we had to redo it, I would have gone with Blue plaster with quartz blue pebbles. Pay a bit extra. - Contractor availability. Most of the pool companies contract with specific companies. There were times that we had to wait for these companies to complete other jobs before ours could continue. As a result, the project was delayed a few days/weeks. - Hayward water pump is painful. Glad that it is far away from the main house. It is noisy and loud. For a new machine, we had issues with "high T Cell temperature and various warnings". Wish they used a different vendor. Also, wish they have two SEPARATE pumps - one for the main pool and one for the spa. - Wish we bought LARGER mosaic for the middle of the pools. However, once the plaster is down, no more mosaics...LOL... Pros - This was easy: Desiree. Our family loves her. She is very personable and is always there for us. When we call her, she usually picks up or call us back within 24 hours. The communication was EXCELLENT. She really cared and we really appreciate her hard work. Note: if she did not know the answer, she always got back to us quickly. In addition, she would bring her kids. And, our kids would spend time with them... she is very cool. - Pedro the concrete guy. Don't know how to say this, he is an amazing person. Did an incredible job with the landscape and artificial service. - Alfredo rocked it with the electrical work - Sergio kicked butt with the excavation Overall, despite the hiccups, Mission West came through. Pool is great. Would highly recommend Mission West Pools.

However, over the years, we have had them return multiple times for recurring cracks. Each time, the repair involved filling the cracks, which unfortunately did not appear to resolve the underlying issue, as the same cracks kept returning. Earlier this year, I contacted Doug and again regarding the same problems. I was told the cracks were likely due to seismic activity. Based on our observations, we are not convinced that is the cause. Additionally, there is currently a metal piece protruding from the side wall they built, along with other issues. We have documented these problems over time with photos and emails. After raising these issues again and requesting further assistance to address the underlying problem, we did not receive any additional follow-up communication. Because of this, we are now exploring other options to resolve the issue. Overall, while the initial build experience was positive, our experience with follow-up repairs and warranty support has been disappointing. I am sharing this so future customers can be sure to ask detailed questions about warranty coverage and long-term repair solutions before moving forward.

He always follows through on every instruction I provide, and week after week, the service is thorough and reliable. I've worked with two other pool service companies in the past, and neither comes close. They usually started off strong, but their quality quickly declined over time. In previous years, poor maintenance even caused my pool to turn completely green. Since switching to Priority Pools, I haven't had that issue once. I don't often go out of my way to recommend companies, but Priority Pools--and especially Alejandro--have absolutely earned my trust.

We've used Priority Pools since our brand-new pool was completed three years ago, and the…read moreexperience has been extremely disappointing. In that time: * The heater has failed twice (and is currently not working again) * The chlorinator has been replaced * The pool lights have been replaced twice * The silver quartz finish already looks stained and bleached Maybe some of this is poor Hayward Industries equipment, but it's hard to know because the service tech changes constantly -- about every 6 weeks -- so there's zero accountability or continuity. This is a saltwater pool, yet instead of properly diagnosing or maintaining the chlorinator system, they routinely dump gallons of liquid chlorine into the pool every week. Actual "service" often feels limited to: * Emptying the leaf basket * Lightly brushing the pool * Adding chemicals And nearly everything beyond that becomes an extra charge: * Chemicals? Extra. * Filter cleaning? Extra. * Repairs? Extra. * Someone coming out because the system they maintain stopped working? Extra. Worse, many of the techs seemed unfamiliar with how the equipment even operates, making service calls frustrating and unproductive. What really bothered me was adding up the actual cost over three years. Once you include all the side charges, repair calls, chemical add-ons, and maintenance fees, the true cost is easily several times higher than the advertised "weekly service" price. The marketing and online reputation look polished, but our real-world experience has been expensive, inconsistent, and lacking accountability.

To be fair, part of this 2-star review has to do with a restoration of a fountain that this company…read moredid, which turned out worse than before they started. And it cost us $1900, and our fountain now has big smears of white caulk, which I am currently looking at from my front window. I had been assured that the pump motor had been installed in such a way that it could be cleaned and serviced. Imagine my surprise when I got into the box and discovered that the inlet and outlet had been glued in place with pipe cement, preventing any access to the pump. I had to cut the two pipes out with a hacksaw just to clean the water passages. And please look at the supporting photos, which include a shot of the nightmare inside the fountain foundation. A mess of pinched and collapsed plastic fittings, held together with electrical tape, which surprisingly isn't really meant to be underwater. It took me all afternoon to undo the damage and prepare for a real fountain repair company to do things right. Maybe don't have them work on your fountain. Anyway, pool cleaning. So, multiple times, we had to ask somebody to return and do a better job, after discovering a lot of dirt still left on the bottom and stairs. On one of these occasions, whoever came back to improve things decided that the stairs looked fine with all the dirt still left on them. And on other days, it would be fine. The weekly chemical report often had wildly inaccurate readings. More than once I had to ask things like, "Did you really put 17 gallons of chlorine in?" "Oh, there's a glitch in the software program..." (I'm paraphrasing, but you get the idea). So, who knows what other inaccuracies were in the chemical report? It's not to be trusted if it's having a "software glitch." Enjoy these pictures of the fountain caulk and the dirt on the pool steps - and this was after somebody came out and made a second try. This is a pretty new company, and maybe they just need some flight time to get the bugs worked out. Also, maybe they shouldn't claim to be able to work on fountains. If you want a solid, consistent pool service, these guys are not there yet.
