I talked with somebody on the phone last week and he said he will check if the order will fit my hot tub with somebody from parts no updates. Then I call Monday and I asked the somebody if this part will work with my hot tub. That person said there is no way he can verify if the part will fit. Then I asked him to ship the item, and he said it will ship the item. I'm checking today still no update in regards to the shipping of the item. I called today on 2 different department nobody picks up the phone. It is very unprofessional how you guys are dealing with orders. Ordered replacement pillows for my Marquis Spa. In fewer than 2 years, all 3 pillows have developed several blisters that are about to pop open. I wrote to Hot Tub Outpost telling them that the pillows are clearly defective and asking about replacements. Their response: "Spa Pillows are not warranted by the manufacturer and consequently by Hot Tub Outpost in any way as they are subject to chemical exposure and wear. Maintaining water chemistry can prolong pillow life." My reaction: Of course they are subject to chemical exposure and wear! A product to be be used in a hot tub, SHOULD BE DESIGNED TO REASONABLY WITHSTAND CHEMICAL EXPOSURE AND WEAR!! Regardless, they should last more than 2 years and are therefore defective and should be replaced. If Hot Tub Outpost can't stand behind the products they offer, they should not offer them in my opinion. read more

I accidently ordered the wrong pump for my hot tub. Even though they do not take returns on this item I was able to tell them what happened. They took the pump back and after they examined it to make sure it had not been installed, they gave me a full refund and I ordered the correct pump. Less than ideal experience but this is such a nich market. We ordered a part, it was the wrong part and it took about 4 weeks to get the partial refund. It turns out they do not re-imburse any shipping (which I understand) but they pull 15% from the cost of the item as a "restocking fee" which I also get but the customer is left then to pay for double shipping on returns. I'll find another supplier that has better shipping options. This vendor is less than ideal, the transaction was super, super slow and the communications were incomplete. I do not recommend this outpost. The pillow I ordered was not described correctly, it clearly showed the attachment holes the correct distance apart, but they turned out to be an inch off! I've been without my hot tub for about a year. The circuit board would fry a relay. The previous two circuit boards fried the same relay. The prior replacement circuit board wouldn't turn on the heater, wouldn't turn on one of the motors, and after 30 minutes of work and checking connections, wouldn't respond to any of the hot tub's controls. It was "dead on arrival" and I didn't know until I tried to install it. I was considering dumping the hot tub. I did get my money back from the prior supplier. I decided to give it one more try. I purchased the circuit board from a new (to me) untried supplier, Hot Tub Outpost. On inspection prior to install, I found some carbon in a plastic connector to one of the motors. I've worked with electricity, but I'm not an electrician. Still, following that dirty wire connection, it led to the relay that's been getting fried, consistently. I cut and removed the quick connector and hard wired the motor. No excuse for the previous board, seems nothing on it worked. But Hot Tub Outpost's board did! I had all the wires color taped, some double taped for identity, and mapped on paper. Hot Tub Outpost's board physically fit perfectly. All the wires were properly identified and connected. I took my time, triple inspected it, and topped off the old water. I said "Here it goes!", and hit the 50 amp breaker on the house. It worked the first time! Returning to the hot tub, it was running on slow speed. I hit the control panel and it went to high speed. I checked the controls. They all worked. I left it on high speed "full boil" as I call it, for ~15 minutes. It's winter. The water started at 45°. The water tube around the heater was warmer, and after ~15 minutes, the water temp was up to 46°! Success!!! I drained it, refilled it with fresh water, and it heated to 102° overnight. It's been a few days, but it's still running like new. Flawlessly. BTW, the hot tub is a 2003 Marquis Model 530 CARBIN/WOOD. Getting hard to find parts with a 20 year old hot tub. Hot Tub Outpost's wherehouse had to order a new one, hence the delays. Not an issue for me with a 20 year old hot tub. They kept me informed. Last time I asked, it was enroute and showed up before they answered me. Respectful, courteous service and above all, high quality parts. I'll be back! Thank you!! read more

We weren't sure which Artesian jets to order - they looked up parts for us and everything fit perfectly. We were unable to find parts for our spa in Canada but called Hot Tub outpost ships and they said they ship here daily. Tim was very helpful in identifying the items we need so we placed an order. Their customer service informed us that one part was on backorder due to Covid, but they found a replacement that would work and subbed it for the same price, even though it was more expensive. Our parcel got to Canada in 3 days. Everything fit perfectly! Very impressed. read more
