We have ordered 2 separate hot tub accessories from Aqua spas in Greeley in 2 years and I had to call multiple times to get an update on delivery. First time it took over 6 weeks to get a hot tub cover (and numerous phone calls) and now we're almost 3 weeks to get pillows (and so far one call today to see if they have an update). Both times after calling was told the item was out of stock and has been since we ordered it, but it was not communicated while paying for the product. They are friendly, but any customer service past that is lacking. read more

It was a great marriage but now after 2 years it's over. I haven't had any good service since shortly after installation. 6 months ago I left 2 phone messages because they didn't return the 1st call in 2 days so I called again. still no response from anyone from them. now needed a head rest and stopped in on August 22nd. it was supposed to be delivered to the Greeley store and they would call. never a call and I drove over today to pick it up September 24th and they didn't have it. no record of it and only my credit card transaction. either they are going out of business or soon will be with this kind of service. read more

I bought a hot tub and Cavana a few years ago from the store in Greeley. I moved twice so it was out of warranty. During the last move the hydraulic function of the Cavana broke. I have waited since September for the part from the Ft Collins repair service. I called many times about when it would arrive and never received a call back or explanation for the delay . Yesterday I contacted the Greeley store and Dwayne and Kira said they would check on it and they did and called me back and said they were making progress. This morning, I got a call from Angela in the service dept. She had located the part and scheduled my service to install the part. I am so very thankful to the three of them ! I signed an agreement with Aqua Spas Greeley Labor Day Sale. It was contingent that I could run the required 220V50Amp circuit. Based on the design of my house and the required location of the power it could not be done without damaging the interior of my home. So, I had to cancel. Cost to run the electrical was a small part. Even though it is the owner's responsibility to run the electrical, Aqua Spa insisted electrical could be run. They refused to give me my $500 deposit even though I had a contingency written in the agreement. Justin of the FT Collins store lacked customer skills and insisted the fine print ruled the day. Warning: Make sure you have the power requirement per electrical code in place before you buy a Spa. A week after purchasing our spa we were having issues with our water at first it seemed like the salesman was going to be a typical salesman but after reaching out to a manager they not only had somebody come over and completely service drain and re-do the hot tub but they brought us over a brand new lid sooner than expected screwed it on for us spent over five hours above and beyond I recommend this business highly read more

If i could give a negative number of stars I would. I've spent an outrageous amount of money with Aqua Spas, and their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I had an appointment scheduled for Nov. 19 with them because my spa was leaking when the jets turned on, after they moved it to my new home. I called them on the 17th to confirm and to order a new $1100 spa cover, and they told me the cover would be delivered in around 2 weeks. On the 19th, I took the day off of work, no one showed up. I called and they told me I wasn't on their schedule. I asked who was responsible for not writing down my appointment and what can they do to make things right after I took the day off of work. The manager got on the phone and proceeded to yell at me and tell me the leak wasn't their fault and wasn't caused by the move. (I never ever said the leak was their fault, I was just upset no one showed up after I waited all day) Then the manager literally hung up on me. You heard that right, after their mistake of not showing up for an appointment, I was berated and hung up on! Next issue: I was called last Thursday Dec. 17th and told that my spa cover was finally in (4 weeks after I ordered it, not 2) and I made an appointment for Dec. 21 for it to be delivered. I am writing this on the 23rd, they did not show up again and was told it would now be delivered on Jan. 4. 6 1/2 weeks after I ordered. Once again, no apology, only them being annoyed and blaming it on Covid. Covid was here on Nov. 17th when I first ordered the cover from Jesse Jr. And told 2 weeks. They are literally the worst of the worst company I have ever worked with. If I were you I would order from any other hot tub company. read more

The Greeley store is great! The service department is beyond horrible! Paid cash for a really expensive electric cover that took 4 months to be delivered and then didn't work. Now cover needs hail damage repair and I cannot get anyone to help me. Have been trying for over a month. read more
